Jose was very professional, on time, thorough, super nice, efficient and explained everything. I will definitely call them again.
When Jose arrived he introduced himself, gave me his card, put on shoe covers and came in. We walked through every room and I voiced a few concerns. He explained how he was going to clean and he got started. It’s been more than a week and everything still looks great. Thank you for doing a spectacular job.

After my teenagers had hosted «intimate gatherings with 200 of their closest friends» while mom and dad were out of town, the carpets were beyond disgusting! I had come to terms with the idea they’d never be the same and I’d have to refloor. I called and was able to get scheduled within a few days. I received a phone call from Jose saying he would be to the house within 20 minutes as I had requested, since I was nearby. He arrived on time of the scheduled appointment, was extremely polite and professional, and absolutely amazed me with the life he put back into my carpets! I highly recommend anyone calling this company, and will use him again.

What an awesome experience I encountered this morning! My son, the biggest procrastinator, needed a room cleaned for inspection today and I called Foothills Steam Way for a quote which was slightly lower then average and reported the cost back to my son. I called again to check availability and she remembered my voice and our conversation from earlier and was very encouraging. After calling the driver, he arrived within 20 minutes to accommodate the situation! Wonderful work given the circumstances, the carpet was cleaner then I could have imagined and was well deodorized with a pleasant scent. Thank you so much Foothill Steam Way!!! You are number one according to any standards of excellence!

Beautiful job.
I was extremely impressed by their professionalism, thoroughness, and attention to detail. Our twenty-​year-​old carpets had never before been professionally cleaned, and hackneyed though it may sound, they are almost like new. I appreciate the great job they did for us and would highly recommend them to anyone.
