Geniuses Computer Repair Placerville

I called few places to check the prices and turn around time for a computer repair before I spoke to Josh at the Geniuses computers in placerville for my Macbook pro which suddenly decided to show me a sad face icon with some grinding noises were coming from under the keyboard.
I thought my cooling fan was broken (which i found out was my hard drive), cuz my Macbook wasn’t heating or showed any sign of repair.
Josh assured me that they will look at my macbook without a charge, and get back to me within 24 – 48 hrs. So after I Dropped off my macbook with them i received a call the next day with a diagnostic.
It was my hard drive which decided to go south. I was in panic and first thing i asked was about my data. Josh, offered me to put in a new hard drive and recover my data, which i think was very at reasonable price
I had my Macbook with in 72 hrs, without losing anyof my data.

I wish i had found them before
I am very grateful to have had Geniuses computers repair my Macbook and if I or anyone I know need any further computer services, I will go to them.
