Established in 2013.
Hog Wild has been in business since 2010 but was sold to Texan’s Aaron and Jamie Evans in November of 2013. Aaron and Jamie have years of experience in the hospitality industry including catering and restaurants. Our story is on the back of our menus so check it out!

Aaron was a key player for one of the largest catering outfits in the southwest United States, Eddie Deen and Company. He has been a part of two Presidential Inaugurals in Washington DC, the Dallas Cattle Baron Ball, Houston Cattle Baron Ball and many more high profile events across the country. At Eddie Deen’s, he learned the importance of high quality meats, sides prepared from scratch, fresh baked rolls, homemade desserts and the customers experience.
