First, I will say they have never done my taxes personally. BUT my boyfriend has had his taxes done here because they are «family friends». Well, from recent experience I can everyone that they are horrible communicators. I was personally sent a message from Renee saying they were sending me to collections for non payment, when I have never, ever done business with them. She dragged me into a situation that was between her and my boyfriend. After my boyfriend had his taxes done, they told him that they don’t know how much he owes for them doing his taxes. That right there says a lot about how they run their company. Then they claimed to be billing him for several months, but yet the first bill we EVER received was the last one they claim they mailed before they started communicating on facebook with the both of us because by then it was too late and they were threating to send him to collections. Payment arrangements were made, but Renee conveniently forgot about them and that is when I got the rude, uncalled for message on Facebook that they were sending me to collections. Any company that has to communicate over facebook, is highly unprofessional to me. I told my boyfriend to only communicate with these people in writing, do not talk to them over the phone anymore because apparently, they can’t remember what they tell their clients. Maybe they are better at taxes than how they treat their clients and non clients, but I sure wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Spend the money and go somewhere else.
