Another customer service nightmare. This business has a track record of management and customer service related issues. My husband and I came in to purchase a vacation package. We were lured into purchasing an unlimited one month package. The sales person sold us the package as a package which could be used by by my husband and myself as long as we did not tan on the same day. The first time my husband went to use the package he was told he couldn’t and that he needed to buy his own. We are not disappointed with the policy, but we are incredibly disappointed in the lack of customer service, and that the package which was sold to us under false pretenses. We would never have purchased this package had it not been sold to us as it was explained. Take your business and money elsewhere. Their business practices are unethical.
