Everything from booking the date to the actual service turned my garage door nightmare into a nonissue. Tensioner spring broke and Brian quickly changed both out within 20 mins. Quality, courteous and quick service with quality parts. Highly recommended for any garage door issue.

Brian at B&B was out the day after we called and installed our garage door opener last year. And yes I’m just now finally writing a review! He was very efficient and had the job done in no time. He was very professional and shows pride in his work. He made sure to tack up any extra wires from the garage door opener so that it looked very neat. Outstanding service. Friendly and knowledgeable help on the phone. Brian came on time and was professional and finished quickly. He did an outstanding job and the price was great. We were able to get this done during the Christmas holidays which was almost unbelievable. Our previous door was falling apart and the opener was on it’s last leg. Had a spring bust so looked up places that where close to us. This business had great reviews, so we tried them. Fair price, but what made the experience was brian. My garage door broke on a Thursday night. I Googled and found a few places that claimed to be local and have extended hours service, so I called a few places that all ended up leading to the exact same dispatch center in Vernon Hills. I didn’t want to deal with a company that wasn’t local and didn’t have a presence to stand behind their work.
B&B Garage Door was the most «Local» place that actually had good reviews, so I called them on Friday morning when they opened. Nice lady answered the phone, told me she had an appointment in an hour as there was a tech somewhat in my area. I didn’t expect a same day appointment, let alone someone within an hour. So I rushed home from work in Downers Grove to meet the tech.
Tech arrived early and actually waited for me to get home from work. I couldn’t even get into the garage as the overhead door was the only means of entry, but 30 minutes later he had gotten into the garage, replaced the cables from the spring, and lubed the track. The tech was very friendly, explained what happened, and explained what he’d be doing to repair the door.
This is the kind of place I like to do business with — local, family owned, and the price was very fair and I was back in business quickly.
Not that I need garage door service all that often, but they now have a customer for life.

Excellent service, very professional. Emergency service is second to none. I called on a Saturday night and he was at my home within 30 minutes and Garage door was fixed. Brian is now on my speed dial for any garage door service.
