The carwashes here are good, a bit overpriced, but I do like how someone drys off your windows afterwards. Here’s where you should look out, oil changes are major $$$! They try to uncharge you like crazy and before you know it you’re spending close to $ 100 on an oil change. I hate to leave a review like this but I do feel like I was tricked a bit into getting synthetic oil in my car and that’s just shady business. If you would like to get tricked into paying more money than you should, by all means get an oil change here!

Not at all impressed. Went here because it was local and offered a «$ 5 Off» early bird special. First off, the price was very high compared to all others. $ 35 for a oil change. We got there 5 minutes before the stated time and they tried to charge full price because it was done after that time. Thankfully they adjusted it once I mentioned I wasn’t happy.
However, the fun part is the idiots lie to you. They tried to tell me my car uses synthetic oil… No… No it doesn’t. I have never in my life put synthetic in it, they just wanted to charge the higher price. They did the same thing to my wife. Then they checked the air filter and mentioned it was dirty… OK fine, but I said no and they put it back in wrong, so now my glove box won’t close properly… I would avoid, they overcharge and aren’t impressive in any way.

I tried to call and get information about getting a complete detail on my car. The girl who answered the phone had such bad customer service skills and attitude.
Me — «Hi, I am interested in a getting a full detail today. Do you have availability?»
Her — 10 seconds of silence «Yah» 10 seconds of silence…
Me — Okay, so whats all included?
Her — More Silence followed by «What do you want?»
Me — I explain to her I want the inside and outside fully washed, buffed, cleaned and detailed.
Her — «The wash is closed.»…
Me — So they can’t do the outside
Her — «That’s fine»
…
Anyways after a few minutes of awkward silence and rude/​strange answers, I had to tell her that she gave me a horrible feeling about the place… I’ll be going somewhere else.
Business rule # 1 — don’t have the worse customer service oriented person on the planet be you’re customers first point of contact. I can only assume she’s a family member or the own absolutely doesn’t care about his/​her business.
But hey, if you want an entertaining conversations, just call and ask about their services… you’ll see what I mean.

I go here for quick oil changes on an old car. Its fine. It’s very fast and you get a complimentary car wash but I’ve never used it. Fast and good price and convenient location for me. My new oil change shop.

Very clean facility… came for am oil change and stayed for a wash. in and out quick… I only gave it 4 because nobodies perfect but they are good… I will definitely be coming back

Stopped in because I was across the street and couldn’t take the dirt on & in my car anymore. Did a «value» wash. It was okay. Had better, had way worse. Car looked good. I have a small SUV and they removed the mat in the back area and vacuumed and cleaned the mat. Haven’t had a car wash do that yet. The only down side was the car was not completely dry and there are some water spot, but hey… Was a good decent wash for $ 17. They got 95% of the dog hair out, that alone was worth the price.

This place is just average. The wash is ok however they never get the car totally dry so you end up with water spots. It’s good for a basic wash only.

These guys are so horrible that it prompted me to create an account and write my first review in Unilocal.First of all, they broke my car’s dipstick during an oil change. Their excuse was that dipsticks can get brittle. Then, I tried to get a mini detail car wash from a very snobby young girl at the counter, but there were so many stipulations on what was included vs not included with their car wash that I just gave up and went to another much nicer car wash place on 111^th Street and Route 59. The girl at the counter then threw my receipt at me after I just said «forget it since there are so many exceptions to your car wash details.» Don’t ever go to this place.

I have had several washes here, the. Are quick and friendly and the cars are always clean. The only challenge is getting out of the lot onto 135 when it is really busy. I have not tried the detailed interior cleaning yet, but I assure you it will be on my list of to do’s this summer,

Great place. Came in to get my car washed. Got home and noticed some black stuff on the passenger side of the car. Went back talked with Mike and he identified it as tar grabbed some blue stuff and went to work. I appreciate that he took care of the issue with no hesitation.

I find this place to be nothing short of top notch. I have always had a good experience with the wash and wax combo (express wax). You cannot go wrong especially when using a jewel coupon for $ 10 off. The guys always seem to pay good attention to making sure things are in order before returning my car to me.

I have a 2009 Ford Fusion and they did great work on my car washes over the years I was going there (2005 – 2011). Usually I went with the mid-​range wash and sometimes I went with the inside and outside wash. They did a really good job on the inside wash (I think it was like ~$ 25 option) and they hosed down my rubber mats and returned them in sometimes a bit wet but always clean. I’m not in the area any longer but miss their service in this regard.
Crossroads also did my oil changes for the majority of that time and they seemed pretty good about everything. You pay a bit more than other places but got a carwash voucher which was handy. I never had them do anything more complicated than an oil change and occasionally a filter change.
I never left out valuables in the car so I can’t comment as to the stealing other reviewers mention, or the shotty service for complex repairs, but if you’re looking for something simple, this is your place.

I have had the oil changed about a half dozen times here and EVERY TIME the car is leaking oil when she gets home. We take it back and it is either because they made a huge mess under the hood or the drain plug isn’t on right. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. No more insanity. I will not be going back to these jokers!

Been going here since they opened, family owned & run, nice staff… good value.

Hate this place but because it’s next to my house I continue to go here for some strange reason.
Everytime I have my car washed and vacuumed I have to ask for a redo on the inside. Last week when I went they left all the mats just thrown all over my seats. The back row of my car was not vacuumed at all. After I asked them to do it since I PAID for it the guy stated that they don’t lift seats that are lying down (what?) so they probably didn’t vacuum the floor. Hmmm, what sense does that make? And why on earth wouldn’t they lift your seat up to vacuum it? WOW.
Last summer I left with a whole set of floor mats that did not even belong to me. I can’t even figure out how that can happen since they just vacuum and then pull your car up.
I feel if the whole place wasn’t packed with teenagers the place might run a little better. It seems as though they don’t care how good or bad of a job they do because they will get paid and get tips anyway.
I would recommend you go ANYWHERE but here!

Much like the relationship between my mustach and I, I love this place and hate this place. The last time I got an oil change here, things were stolen from my car. Its overpriced as well. The reason I gave 3 stars was because the car wash is high tech and does a great job cleaning the blood or whatever I have smeared across the hood. The basic car wash is about $ 9.00 and you get a soft cloth rub down at the end which really puts closure to the wet and wild experience.
Go for the wash, avoid the dropouts messing around under your hood.
