The worst Dunkin. Order was wrong and they didn’t care to make it right. Will not be going back there when there are so many other coffee places around.

I had been visited that place for years and the employees know me, but I’ll never go back again after the treatment I received. I was so appalling by the cashier’s behavior. That cashier dismissed me like I’m nobody. I had to type my order on my phone(#6– Turkey sausage in croissant) since I couldn’t speak well. She took my order. When she gave me the receipt, I noticed that she placed the wrong order(#10). I came back to correct my order. She kept saying no it’s right. I got puzzled I thought the code was changed. While I was waiting for my order, I saw my food and it’s not right order. I went back to the same cashier. I showed my typed order that I had on my phone. The cashier said I never said #6. Oh yes I did. I had to say which number because #6 and #10 are similar. She ignored me and won’t fix my order. I felt insulted by her behavior. She disrespected my disability. I told her that I wanted my order to be fixed. She rolled her eyes, fixed my order, & gave me the changes. She brushed me off. I was very upset because I never got treated like this before. The male employee saw how upset I was. He told the cashier, and the cashier didn’t show a remorse. That’s a final for me.

They are efficient and friendly! They never get your order wrong and they remember you. They always have a lot of people working here so the line never gets too long. Service with a smile!
