Night Train Towing & Recovery

Very ride women in office, and over phone, however when you go in it can be different. I will not deal worth them again because if they think you hang up on them, they call beck and ate very rude. Not business like whatsoever! !!!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would.
On Saturday, I brought my car in for a brake job. It was a little squeaky turning but I figured I would wait until this week to get it taken care of. I pulled into work on Monday morning and my suspension crapped. The front drivers side has literally dropped to the tire. I call the place that worked on it who referred me to Night Train.
I had to call four times in order to get an actual person. The voice mail sounds like its a personal cell phone so I had no idea I was calling the right number. I spoke to the lady around 10:15. She told me they would be by to tow my car early afternoon. She asked me to send her some photos to make sure they would be able to tow it. Ok. No problem.
At 3 pm, I still had not heard anything so I called back. «Let me call and find out for you.» I got called into a meeting that lasted until 6 and still hadn’t heard anything. So I call. Hold, please. She then informs me that they came out to tow it but couldn’t. Apparently, she didn’t know that a flat bed tow is required for a Mustang. Really!!! Then get a new job lady. They didn’t call to tell me anything so I could make different arrangements. Apparently, I was just supposed to figure it out on my own.
