I never write reviews but I always have such a positive experience at Our Team Auto that I felt it was necessary to write one. It’s tough to find a mechanic that you can trust so now that I’ve found one I’m hooked. I’ve been going to Our Team Auto for over 10 years and couldn’t be happier. They’re quick, honest, friendly, and always do great work for a fair price. I can’t say enough great things about Our Team Auto. They’re the best!

They service my car, my husband’s car and my daughter’s car. They are not only a very capable place, they are such good, good people. I honestly can not say enough good things about them. We just love them!

As someone who normally works on their own car, I have a hard time bringing my car into a car shop when the repair job is beyond my skill set, tool set, or time line. The guys at Our Team Auto are the only ones I trust to give it to me straight. I was referred to them via my in laws, and I have been happy with their service ever since. On those rare occasions I need an auto expert, this is my go to place.

Our Team is great! Can’t say enough good things about this place. Fair priced, great work, they have worked on several diesel trucks and personal vehicles for me. Always more than satisfied. I won’t go anywhere else.

Also, Rex the dog greeted us shortly before closing time when I came to pick my car up (on the same day I dropped it off, mind you). It was like Rex was waiting for me to walk in bc he curled right up at my feet waiting for pets. Basically, if you have a dog at your place of business, that’s an automatic extra star from me. I’d give Our Team Auto 10 stars, if I could.

I have been taking my car to Our Team since I was 16 years old. Jim is such a great guy and his team does great work! Even when I was in school in Indiana I always made sure to get my car worked on when I was back in Illinois. Now, I live in Chicago but still insist on having Jim take care of my car! My whole family goes to Our Team. We love Our Team Auto!

Unbeatable service and honesty. They are extremely honest, and Rina, Jim and the Team truly care about their customers. They are family oriented and treat you as such. Do not go anywhere else! I moved away and I still call them for advice and they tell me what to pay for parts and whether or not a part needs to be replaced if they can. Who else will take the time to do that? I’ve been taking my car to Our Team for just over a year now. I’ve lived in Aurora for 6+ years and have tried a few different shops. None have been as honest as Our Team and none have gone as far out of their way to provide service above and beyond.
I have a 2002 Honda Accord with 175k miles that needs all kinds of work. Brian has always been honest with us about what absolutely needs to be done and what can be safely put off until later, or even until we get rid of the car. It’s good to have a mechanic who is not pushing you to get every last repair done and who completes the repairs on schedule.
My most recent trip in was for a Check Engine light that was diagnosed a while back, but that finally needed to be repaired in order to pass emissions. Brian made sure they had the correct part in hand before taking the car from us. Since my previous visit another code had popped up as well. As opposed to pushing for a replacement of the part the technician was aware that with Honda’s more often than not you only need to clean a certain filter /​screen. This saved me a few hundred dollars. Our Team then took my car to the Air Team and passed my emissions test for me, now that’s great service!

Most honest mechanics in the area. I went to NTB and they wanted to charge me 900 dollars for new shocks and struts. I went to Our team, and they told me that all that was necessary was new hubcaps or rims (i cant remember which) and they were able to get used ones for about 125 a piece. Great guys and very honest.

My parents, my brother, my friends… EVERYbody needs a great mechanic that won’t BS you, and that is all you’ll find at Our Team Auto, we all agree! My family has personally been going for years and years, and have never been disappointed with the service, the family atmosphere, the professionalism or the price. Which is why we are constantly sending people there. I can’t tell you how many times they have helped me out of a bind, and I can’t thank them enough. If you live in the area, this is the ONLY place to go. For real.

My family has been taking their cars to Jimmy and the crew at Our Team for over 20 years. If anyone has ever had a complaint, they have kept it to themselves.
Jimmy has always done exceptional work for a fair price. He will also do his best to match competitor quotes. They go out of their way to deliver a good customer experience. They also know what a pain in the ass it is to take your car into the shop so they try to be as accommodating as possible.
I have felt comfortable recommending people to Our Team for years and I will continue for years to come.
