The great food, wonderful service and order accuracy keep me coming back. My food is always hot and fresh. The lemonade is ice cold and perfectly sweet. Even in the middle of the lunch rush the restaurant is always clean. I love Penn Station!

I love coming here for food. The price is a little up there, but you definitely get plenty of food with a 10″ or 12″ sub. The tag is always friendly especially the girl at the register. She always has a smile on her face and has great customer service skills. The only thing I wish they would do is make sure to cut their sandwiches all the way through, with so much toppings having to rip it apart to eat it can be pretty messy and difficult!

I come into this location every once in a while while in Plainfield. The manager is always very friendly, greeting customers when they walk in the door. He is good at observing the customers. I stood in line to pay for a minute or two and he kept looking over to be sure things kept moving so I was taken care of. Good food and great service… I recommend dining here if you are in the area.

Have been to this Penn Station many times to get carryout. The story is always the same: a friendly greeting, an order they get right, and sandwiches that are still hot when I get home. Consistently good food and service.

The sandwiches are on par with most sub sandwiches. The variety is not extravagant and I found trying to customize my sandwich was more of a chore than a customer oriented experience. The french fries were decent, the drinks are do it yourself and you pick your food up at the counter when they call your number. Just a little pricey for the basic heated sub sandwich. I will probably be back in for lunch at some point, but this being just an average experience doesn’t make it a number 1 «go to».

It’s always a good idea to reflect on the mundane and generic places we all eat at. Formulaic methods and staid representations notwithstanding, Penn Station does deliver above average, written by the script, sandwiches for the Indianapolis area. What’s special here? First time at this location, but the pizza sub delivered a tasty punch. We’ll give it another go and see if the artichoke rings the bell like it used to.

I could do without CNN on the TV(sorry, you do have some conservative Fox news customers) but the subs are great, the owner/manager always welcoming and the staff is efficient and friendly. My only suggestion would be to have a sugar free version of the lemonade, but the menu is great. We eat here several times a month.

This Penn Station location is always busy since it opened late in 2012, but they seem to handle the crowds quite well. The staff is very friendly so that helps you forget about how long you’ve been waiting sometimes. They do a good job of keeping everything clean. I’m a big fan of Penn Station and I’m glad it has finally come to Plainfield!
