No follow through. Always promises to get back to you but never does. Not a good way to run a business. I really don’t know how your doors stay open

Tom and Justin are some of the best guys to work with, they can do anything when it comes to signage. I had one of my company vehicles done by them a 2 years ago and still looks brand new today. I wouldn’t go to anybody else in the Chicagoland area.

I am so appalled at the way I was treated over the last 2 and a half months. I have been trying to get some lettering done for my vehicle since Feb 10^th 2012. Justin sent me a design that was the polar opposite of my business card that I gave him after he said that he can make the design look exactly like my card, (which was HOT PINK AND WHITE edgy and trendy. Justin sent me a design that was pastel orange and pastel green with leafs and vines. I am a make-​up artist, not a gardener). After asking if he can remove the leafs and change the color her said yes. Two weeks go by, so I sent a follow up email, i wait another week… sent another email… finally he emailed me back saying «I will send you something tomorrow. That was a month and a half ago… I emailed him twice since then, I have been getting absolutely no response. I have called their company 4 times and spoke to the owner. Every time I call I get a long excuse that they are busy. Today I finally called (FOR THE LAST TIME). The owner told me «he has been busy working with customers who want things done right now so they drop everything and do what they want.» Then proceeded to tell me that I should consider going to another shop if I am not happy. WHAT THE HECK KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS?! I am also a small business owner and celebrity make-​up artist. One suggestion I can make to this company, GET ORGANIZED! I am sick of hearing that «we’re only a man show»… If you are so busy then hire an assistant! I would never extend the offer for a client to GO SOME PLACE ELSE! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!
