In 1981, Kathy McCauley Dames was one of Northern Illinois University’s top recruits — in what many would have termed «bad times,» Kathy was offered multiple jobs by several Top 500 companies! After taking a position with Oscar Mayer, Economic Labs and then Howard Johnsons, Kathy longed for «more.» Twenty nine years later, that «more» turned out to be real estate!

With accolades from RE/​MAX Top 1% Club, ‘Who’s Who’ in Illinois Real Estate, Illinois Lifetime Diamond Award to Will County’s #1 agent for several years, Kathy’s awards were abundant. With more than 28 years experience, she knew she wanted to work with the best in the business. With that in mind, she opened up her own franchise, RE/​MAX Ultimate Professionals.
