Delicious, refreshing, and reasonably priced ice. They were out of pear by lunch time, but lemon was equally good. The two employees at the window were quick and courteous.

Very good chain Italian ices. Prices have gone up a bit, however the sweet treat is still really good on hot days. Lines can be long, but they usually move pretty quickly.

Ive given this particular Rita’s 3 chances. Unfortunately, I gave them chances 2 and 3.
I have had Ritas water ice in Pa, and this pales in comparison. The cherry is bland and not sweet enough. The bits of cherries taste waxy. The custard is strangely thick and the texture and flavor are off as well. It just seems as if they are not following the recipes to point and the product is failing, tremendously. It’s sad because if you’ve ever experienced a real Rita’s, you’d almost cry that this one even has the name on the sign…

Went here last night for a quick sweet treat fix. Had the custard with Oreo toppings in a waffle cone. Not bad, but don’t make the same mistake I did. The custard isn’t quite froyo, and isn’t quite ice cream. Maybe it’s some sort of hybrid between the two. Not sure but I couldn’t quite place the flavor. I had vanilla. I probably won’t get it by itself again. My friend had hers mixed with the Italian ice and that was def the winner.
This place is always packed at most any hour it seems so be prepared to wait in the line outside.
Staff was friendly enough, but I did notice they don’t wear gloves and one girls hands were all over the top of my cone. I broke those pieces off later.

I’ve been coming to this OUTSIDE location for years whenever I get coupons from them!
Some of their ice flavors change every couple of weeks. As far as taste and quality is concerned, as well as the friendliness of the employees — never an issue. Their custards are delicious!
Today they had the «Free Small Ice For 1^st Day of Spring» special, and I had the Starburst Cherry flavor. It was tasty and I actually pictured a Cherry Starburst in my head as I consumed that. A great flavor for the first day of Spring. ;)
I take away one star because of the tiny parking lot. It shares with Subway, and the fact that when many cars are waiting to find an empty spot after someone leaves, it leads to traffic delays on Terrill Road, especially when one lane gets blocked for that reason. I even noticed that today during Rita’s «Free Ice Day».
But still, it’s always worth coming back for more ice and custards whenever coupons are distributed!
