We also carry hot sauces and salsas. As a local family-​owned small business we do our best to bring freshness and taste at a fair price.

History

Established in 2015.

We opened on Halloween 2015 with the goal to bring high quality ingredients at a fair price to eastern CT. We love cooking and have struggled to find a place where we could find our spices, herbs, olive oil and vinegar all in one place and not have to break the bank to get quality ingredients. With our store we hope we can fulfill that need for others.

I have lived in the eastern CT area all my life. I love being a part of the community and helping build small business in this age of online shopping and big business. Over 10 years ago I started a mobile grooming business which I still do today. Several years back I was in up state NY and came across a store that allowed you to taste and experience the olive oils they were selling and I fell in love with the idea. For the next couple of years I researched and learned about the benefits of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and realized I wanted to be a part of bringing these benefits into the hands of the people in my area. While putting together the plans to open a store I decided what would really be great is to offer not just Olive Oil but the spices and herbs you need to go along with the Oils to really bring taste and freshness to your cooking.
