Walgreens

Purchased a gift card and tried returning it for a different gift card and the manager told me they couldn’t return it, even though I had the receipt and it clearly stated on the back that all purchases could be returned within 30 days. Very frustrating. Would highly recommend taking business elsewhere.

I drive miles out of my way to a CVS to avoid the pharmacy in this Walgreens!
Past experiences:
1. A robocall told me my prescription was ready but when I got there they had no idea that I even HAD a prescription.
2. I waited for a loooong time and was then told that they only had 1 of the 2 meds so I’d have to go somewhere else for that one.
3. Tried to pick up meds from the drive through, called in the day before. They had no record of it.
4. Always Wait, wait, wait, wait
5. Went in to get some OTC cold meds and had to go to the pharmacy to get it. Of course, they were out of the dosage I wanted.
I miss my old Walgreens which is too far away now. Too bad I’m forced to give this one even 1 start!

It’s like they collected morons and put all of them to work here in the pharmacy… Every time I go to pick up my auto refill… After receiving the email stating its ready… They never actually have it done… Even if I called and confirmed it… It’s always blank stares and crickets… Lots of stupid here… They are bound to kill someone someday

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is absolutely the worst one on the planet. They send you the email rhat your prescription is ready only to show up and it is lost or still needs to be counted or not filled at all. Watching them work it’s utter chaos with way too much socializing. Sooner or later you’re going to hear about this location in the news when they fill a prescription wrong and kill somebody.

I get all of my prescriptions from this Walgreens. Generally, I call them to let them know I’m coming and when I arrive 15 minutes later it’s ready. I am always a procrastinator and call right when I need refills but they always have me covered.
They are really busy here and always have a line, however. When I do get to the front, I feel like they take the time to make sure I’m getting my discounts and ask me if I have any questions every time, which is nice.
I love their discount program too!

This Walgreens Pharmacy is a real joke. Either they have the whole world waiting in line and/​or when it’s your turn, they don’t have your medicine in stock! AVOID THIS ONE. Unreal

I don’t often write reviews, but after my encounters with this particular Walgreens tonight, I felt obligated. My infant daughter is sick and we were calling around looking for a device to rent from a pharmacy as we didn’t want to pay $ 50-​$ 100 out of pocket. My wife and I wanted to call ahead as we live at least 20 minutes away. It took forever to get through to the pharmacy, but when we finally had them on the line they ended up confirming that they had the device available for rent as long as we had the prescription, as we did. I drove down to drop off the script, and there were 8 people ahead of me in line. Every last one of them had a comment about the poor service they were experiencing. When it was finally my turn, i was informed that it would take about 2 hours. I thought that was a pretty bad, but i was willing to drive back then to pick it up. When i returned, there was another line of unsatisfied customers. When it was my turn again, they informed me that all rental machines were unavailable and my insurance didn’t cover the cost to buy one. At that point, I just wanted to get my daughter the treatment that she needed and didn’t care about the cost. The person that helped me on both visits was very pleasant, but that was the only thing that i would consider remotely positive about my interactions with them tonight. I echo what I heard from the majority of the other people there tonight, «i am NEVER coming back.» There are many other decent pharmacies around. Avoid this one if you can.

By far the slowest Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been too.
