Wheatland Presbyterian Church

Many older churches can be leery of new members. Not Wheatland Pres! The congregation and pastor are extremely welcoming. Rev. Barb Parker always gives interesting sermons that apply the Gospel to everyday life. Special attention is paid to the children of the congregation. As a former teacher, Rev. Parker understands how to make things both educational and attention-​grabbing at the same time. A highly-​dedicated Sunday School staff also carries out this mission. Members are encouraged to become involved in various committees and activities but never badgered beyond their comfort zone. There’s also a good mix of young and old that make this small church an extremely vibrant congregation.
