After more than 30 years of honing his culinary chops, Chef Ian Russo, aka The Dirty Chef, is excited to share his passion and the foundation of Dirty Cooking® with the world! His Dirty Cooking® technique has snagged awards for NYC’s Best Steak 2007 and Top Ten Best Burgers in NYC 2010

If you like bold and unforgettable flavors Dirty Cooking® is for you. All you need is some Dirty Dust® and an open mind to transform foods that are ordinary to extraordinary! From sweet things like chocolate and caramel to savory foods such as chicken, fish or burgers and everything in between, Dirty Dust® gives you the creativity to enhance the flavors of any dish!

Dirty Dust® was crafted by Chef Ian Russo, from nine ingredients based on culinary influences from around the world. Dirty is made with all natural ingredients, gluten free and contains NO MSG. Along with a mix of other spices, it includes three different peppers-​black, white and cayenne, so it’s safe to say Dirty Dust has some kick to it.
