My coworkers and I order from here alot. They always give us a deal bc we are a corporate office and as a whole the building orders alot. The food is alwyas fresh and delievered in a reasonable amount of time. I especially enjoy the grilled chicken and broccoli rabe pannini. The salad pizza is also a win. The garlic knots and pizza are always bursting with flavor and ive never gotten stale food even when we order at the end of the night. The dining area is small and cozy and the staff is always pleasant. I think thwy may have changed management and the new guy that runs the place is always accomodating and in the past has whiped up our food when they didnt hv it stocked and ready. The prices are great and the portions are not skimpy. This place is our go to pizzeria in the immediate area

Horrible service. One man who made a delivery to me was extremely rude. I wouldn’t spend my money here with all these other pizzerias I could give my money to.

Just moved to Plainview. Our first time here. We went this past Saturday night, were greeted with a smile and sat down right away. Blond waitress was very nice and attentive from the start. Very nice &QUIET atmosphere,(we had literally run away from La Piazza since it was way too noisy and crowded). We brought our two young daughters, and everyone LOVED their food. Will recommend this place & be back. Only thing I would recommend to managment: We had to wait too long for the food after ordering. The waitress kept us from dying with the bread and drinks, however the kids got very hungry after a while. That’s the only thing keeping this from being 5 stars. And if quicker next time will update this.

I would have given 0 stars if it were an option. My friend ordered lunch at work, to be delivered, the delivery guy couldn’t find the location and called with a nasty attitude. Then he arrives with the food, comes in, I give him the money and he shakes my hand and says«you need a raise». What balls to be that rude and it wasn’t even to the correct person. Duh. Then proceeds to the door bitching about something and says«fu– this sh – «! In a childcare facility. I called and reported it and got«I’m sorry» from management. They should have said he would be terminated! Several other people heard his vile mouth as well. I wouldn’t give my money to any restaurant who would employ a low-life like him. By the way, people who aren’t too bright seem to forget that tipping is a courtesy. Your employer pays your salary, not the customer. He deserved no tip and a punch in the face! I would starve before buying anything from this place. The food is of the same quality as the employee I dealt with. Just passed this place and the rude guy was standing outside. He should have been fired. They still have that guy working there. This speaks volumes about this restaurant.

Ordered delivery through grubhub for lunch today. Minus 1 star for giving me coke instead of diet coke :(Sad face. The food came half an hour before estimated delivery. The soup I ordered was so hot I burned my tongue on it! I usually have to reheat soup that I order from delivery, so this made me very happy! The pasta fagioli soup is so good. You can tell it hasn’t been sitting around because the pasta is really tender. My salad was also made without the olives as I requested. Super fresh and vibrant. Very happy, will order again!

Had dinner there on Friday. The dining area is rather small but adequate because the restaurant was pretty empty for a Friday night. They are running a special where you get a free bottle of wine when 2 main entrees are ordered. Price wise, you can’t beat it. The entrees come with a choice of salad or pasta. We had one of each. The Caesar salad was large and was served with lots of cheese and croutons. For main entrees we chose eggplant rollatini and chicken Francois. The dishes were tasty but nothing to rave about. I ordered gelato for dessert but was disappointed that it was served directly in a frozen plastic container. The best part was immediate seating. I would try coming back again.

My coworkers and I frequent this place for lunch. Based on value;their lunch special specials are great bargain. It also comes with a salad, basically enough for lunch & dinner. All under $ 10 pesos. I’m very critical when it comes to food… So… Go there.

I normally wait till I have tried a place two or three times before I post a review but I made an exception for this place. I placed an order using at 3:30pm and the estimated delivery time was 4:10 — 4:20pm. This is a reasonable delivery time. At 5:10pm I placed a call to the restaurant because I had not heard from them but my card had been billed. They did not even check the computer for my order until I called. They then went ahead to inform me that the slice of cake I ordered was sold out. I changed my order to the cheesecake. They delivered my order about 15 minutes after I called. I opened my order at it was the Oreo cake. To top it all off, they never even apologized for the inconvenience. The food was adequate but definitely wasn’t worth the wait.

Small place with good food and very adequate portions. Party of 9 with no complaints: general consensus of 9 was food was very good. Pricing is what you would expect for a local eatery, wine selection minimal. Nice feature on menu: select salad or pasta with entrée.

decided to try this place as it was featured on groupon. the dining room is very small and when we go there, there was already two large tables with multiple kids. which would have been fine, except it was SOLOUD due to the small space. the waitress seemed a little crazy from the business so it took a little bit of time to place our order. with the groupon we did order more food then me & my guest would normally eat but it did allow us to try different things. we started with the garlic bread with cheese which wasn’t bad, but it was heavy on the gralic. the salads came next and it appeared that the chef dumped a WHOLE onion &CAN of black olives on both of our salads(the two things i always take off of salads.) next came our dinners. because my pasta had NO taste what-so-ever, i can’t even remember what i ordered. my guest had the chicken marsala which was just ok. finally we had dessert to go. the tiramusi was good but again i have had better. bottom line, at least we tried it but i don’t think we will be going back.

I don’t like to focus on the negative during a dining experience, but there wasn’t that much positive about this one, I’m sorry to say. We went in with a Groupon, so had the opportunity to order more items than we normally would for one sitting, but had we paid full price for our meal($ 54), we’d have not been happy. The dining room is very pleasant and clean, with nice décor, murals on the walls, and a TV which was showing a popular talent show, which we didn’t mind. The menu is extensive, so there was plenty to choose from in every category. The Italian bread served with butter seemed something less than standard somehow. The individual slices seemeed to be toasted, rather than the loaf toasted-then-sliced. So they were crunchy and dry all-through. Sort of reminded me of how a place will toast bread when it’s stale to «freshen it up.» We started with a garden salad, which was pretty standard and was OK. The raspberry vinaigrette dressing was also OK, nothing special. Then we had the pasta e figioli soup, which was good. It was a promising starter. I ordered the eggplant parmigiana. It wasn’t hot but only a bit warm, though I will say that we were the only ones there by the time it came to the table and the kitchen rang the bell two or three times for pick up, but it was initially ignored by our waitress, who seemed tense and unhappy. The eggplant was sliced thin, the way I like it, but it was EXTRTEMELY chewy and had absolutely zero flavor. The cheese was oddly flavorless as well. I suspect it had been perhaps long frozen and thus lost texture and taste. My dining partner ordered the grilled chicken primavera, which he said was just average. For dessert, we ordered a piece of the oreo cake, which had a very unusual consistency, sort of pudding-like but firmer, and was actually very tasty! But the pistachio«gelato» did not resemble any gelato I’ve ever had. It had been frozen, and was full of ice chips throughout, sort of like when ice cream gets«freezer burn.» There was nothing creamy or gelato-like about it, and it had very little flavor. The coffee was burned, and we sent it back. The waitress meant to take the $ 2 coffee off the bill, but it somehow was still on there, so when I pointed that out, a man who I assume was the manager came back with a «revised» bill which was only 42 cents less. I didn’t want to make a big deal of it, so I just paid. The guy who I think was the manager was very personable and did ask us a couple of times how everything was, so his business sense was in the right place, but the food just wasn’t up to par with average Long Island take-out-quality Italian. It’s a nice little place. If they stepped up the quality of the food a couple of notches, they could be very popular.

This place is on every coupon site out there. 99.9% of their business is coupon driven. I see why! The food is pretty disgusting. Don’t even bother with this place.

EXTREMELYDISAPPOINTEDWITHSERVICE. Went for what I hoped a nice dinner out with my family on pasta night. Pasta night is supposed to consist of salad and pasta for 10 dollars. The waitress took our orders and brought out the salad. After we were finished with our salads and she was taking them away she decided to inform us that the salads she brought us were bigger than the ones that usually come with the pasta night special and therefore we would be charged $ 7 more EACH for a total of about $ 21 more(only 3 of us actually wanted the salad)…This turned pasta night into a more expensive meal than if we would have ordered off the regular menu. I was very disappointed by the waitress’s disgraceful act of tricking the customers. Although this place is convenient for many, there are much better choices in the area with much better service and superiorly higher quality food.

The food is great and you get ample amount for the price. The staff is great, always helpful and smiling. It’s located in a shopping center where there is ample parking. There are nine tables but can sit up to 4 persons per table. Depending on the day, usually there is one to two waitresses. Since the employees work as a team, it can seem as if there are more. Also, if there is a problem, it always get resolved. I would definitely return.

I came here with a few friends and we had the chicken francese, veal marsala and the chicken sorrentino. All were fabulous! and nice portions as well. We went on a weekday and our waitress was very cheery and efficient. I’m a picky eater and for me, consistency is the key. We will definitely be back!

Sorry to do this to a small business, especially in these tough economic times. The night my family and I went, the service was poor(we had to ask for menus and water) — only nine tables and four waitresses. The food was so-so. The special — lobster ravioli — smelled fishy but was not lobster. When we called this to the attention of the waitress, she said it wasn’t the kind of lobster we expected(what???). The good part was they took exchanged it for another dish. We had a coupon…but the waitress didn’t deduct the coupon untl I called it to her attention. This may be good as a pizza place(we didn’t have pizza though). Hopefully the owner addresses the concerns so future patrons don’t have a similar experience. Good luck!
