My actual rating is 3.5 stars but Unilocal does not allow for ½ stars. Before choosing Pump It Up for our son’s birthday party, I visited seven other places offering similar activities, however I found that Pump It Up was the cleanest and had the most to offer. Josh, the event planner, was extremely helpful and professional as he gave me an in depth tour of the facilities and explained each of the party packages. The party lasted 90 minutes and it was organized into three main parts. During the first 30 minutes the children entered a large room filled with different inflatables: slides, houses, and obstacle courses. Some of the activities were geared more to younger children(2 – 4) and other ones were definitely for kids 5 and up. For the second part of the party, the guests moved into a another large room with different but still very cool bouncy rides. This room also offered a nice variety of large inflatables for children of all different ages and even an air hockey table. There is definitely a lot to do in both rooms and your children will NEVER be bored. Finally, the event concludes with 30 minutes in the party room(which was accommodating and clean) for birthday cake and pizza. Overall our experience was positive but there were some things that were lacking: 30 minutes is clearly not enough time to fully explore and enjoy each activity room. In fact, 90 minutes is not enough time for a party with two play rooms, lunch, cake and pictures. We felt extremely rushed, which I know is my fault because Josh made it very clear to me that we would be in each room for only 30 minutes when I booked the party. The young woman who worked my son’s party could have been more interactive and energetic. The only thing she did the whole time was let us know when we had to leave each room. I wish they had more staff to supervise and engage the children. Even though I spent over $ 700 for the party, they would not let me take the pizza home? And speaking of the pizza, they ordered it too early, so when it was time to eat, it was cold and soggy. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives and I would definitely recommend Pump It Up for a kids birthday party.

This place is freaking awesome! I’m in my 30’s my friends all have kids I’m expecting my first baby soon. Anyway that said the place was booked for like hour and a half, there’s 2 huge rooms, each has different bounce house stuff. The place is clean, there’s a few arcade games n stuff to kill time when your waiting, they split the time between the big rooms. For adults I spotted a few gladiator now staffs with pads and we we beating each other up. The staff there is awesome, no idea what other commenters were talking about, there’s young girls are running everywhere looking out for toddlers and do. Damn good job. After all the bounce house fun they have a food lunch room. They had tons of pizza and drinks, looks like they had some arrangement w a local pizza place. They have a giant kinda chair for the birthday boy or girl, very cute. All in all this place was awesome fun, I would not only go back I can’t wait to go back to this place, it’s in a bit of an industrial area but it’s neat and clean and plenty of parking. Try this place out

While we were visiting my family, we took the kids to one of the Open Jumps. The kids were so excited to be playing on the giant inflatables. The time went so fast. By the end of the event, the kids were so tired, but wanting to come the next day! The facility was super clean and the staff were very energetic.

I would never take my children here! They have a staff member, Nikki, who cursed at me after I mentioned her rudeness to my child while attending a party. She called me a vile disgusting name I can’t repeat it on here. I called the company and reported her, she was«spoken» to about it instead of being fired on the spot. I would never do business with a place that would keep someone on staff after treating customers so badly!
