Purity Products

After reading so many negative reviews, also read the positive ones. Have been tempted to order a couple of supplements as a trial to see if they really are helpful — most are free for a month’s supply and the consumer pays nominal shipping. And if they are happy with the results, Purity will keep them coming. So my question is this: if one is unhappy with the product near the end of the contents, why don’t they contact Purity? And if they feel that they are being jacked around trying to cancel, immediately contact their credit card company to deny any further charges. Just my two cents…

Awesome products and have had nice customer support. However, any company that bases their profit by trapping you into auto ship in order to get a fair price for the product is horrible in my book. If they were confident in their product and customers they would not try to force you into auto ship. Otherwise the prices are outrageous. I cannot stand this company because I had to ship the last two orders back. My cupboard if full of their product I don’t need more. Unfortunately, they will not let me put a block to their sending out the product. SO I QUIT FOR GOOD. STUPID CO. They post a message to help me. But if they really wanted to help and look up my account, then why not message me on here??? I’m not going to call and get locked up in their phone automated system.

Well… just cancelled my auto ships on 4 different products with Purity. I’ve been a satisfied customer since 2008. Cancellation due to a pal is starting her own business so will check that out and support her for a bit. I have had nothing but a positive experience. Taking a few minutes to write a review on Unilocal given all I see are negatives. Seem most customers only take the time to Unilocal PP when they are unhappy. SAD. What I have noticed on all of the ‘one star’ ratings. there seems to be an immediate response from Purity. Assuming those unhappy campers were satisfied in the end. My cancellation (s) took less than 3 minutes, and yes, the gal that assisted me, Jodi, did her job and attempted to entice me to stay, but she certainly was very professional when I declined and stated my reasons.

So wow, looking at all these reviews i would not have ordered from here. that said i did order from Purity Products. I found their KRILL OMEGA 50 thru a search. when i ordered they included a free bottle of B12 ENERGY BERRYMELT, they do sneak a AUTO SHIP in on you, also they had a 3 month supply set up on the auto ship. They should be more vocal and upfront about that. so i called and changed the auto ship to monthly and enjoy getting my products in the mail. I like the KRILL OMEGA 50 a lot, the berrymelt is good for if your drowsy and need a pick me up but i cant take it daily makes me jittery.
that said i like the products and will continue to buy from them i only caution people that they have auto ship.

I am sorry to see that some people have a bad experience with this company. I have been using purity products vitamins for over 7 years their products have given me some of the best results. I have been using their ultimate HA and fast action HA. Those two products work great for my joints. I work for ups over 10 years. i work out in the gym and run also. I’m thankful for those joints formula. i see this a ultimate H. A 7. i love the OJC wit a touch of lime and ice.

Heard an ad on the radio for Krill Omega and decided to go for it, also received the B-​12 Energy BerryMelt. Received 3 of each a month later and called to cancel. The guy gave me the hard push that I had 60 days to cancel so why not keep trying it out and when I said I wanted to cancel immediately he rambled on and on why I shouldn’t. After a frustrating ordeal he had to put me on hold to get a cancellation. We got disconnected and I had to call AGAIN. Turns out he did cancel my order and I got a number but I’m still not convinced after reading all these terrible reviews that they won’t still try and charge my credit card. If this company gets a good rating from the BBB, pretty much any shady company can so I won’t be looking to the BBB for peace of mind in the future. As for the product, I didn’t notice any difference after taking it for a month.

I was just about to order 12 bottles… then as we all know, its best to take another «look before leap» !

Any product that speaks for itself with its quality, performance does not need to use such a deceitful means to be sold. Greed is despicable, and is not business applied with integrity.
FEALTY to a customer via superior product and Honest Outstanding Customer Service IS THE WAVE OF THE FUTURE. I vote with my money each time I spend it. If your business doesn’t have a value system that honours humanity, respects our intelligence, and rectify’s its mistake with a smile, than you don’t deserve my dollars. Silver Tsunami demands respect. Our word of mouth is priceless… that no media model can match.

Please read what everyone is writing. DO NOT GET SUCKED in to buying from this company. I’ve spent over two hours trying to get someone to answer the 888−769−7873 Customer Care phone number. The automated service simply hangs up on you! Nice!!! I was persistent and called the main office (516−767−1967) and spoke to Mary to cancel my Super Saver account (the one that ships you repeatedly). She put me on hold to get me a return number for product that is in route to me only to be on hold forever and then a new guy came on as if I hadn’t been talking to anyone to begin with. UGHHHH, I hate games. His name was Keith at ext. 5763. He processed my cancelation and gave me a return number. He gave me my UPS tracking number and suggested I call UPS and have them return the product that is in route to them to speed up getting my refund. He said that once I called UPS I could call them back and they would see the product was being rerouted back to them so they would credit me immediately. I did just that. When I tried calling him back at his extension, the system told me it was an invalid extension and hung up on me. WOW! I kept calling back and spoke to another Customer Service Rep, Natalie at ext. 5674. She said that she could see the package was being rerouted back to them, but that she couldn’t authorize the credit to my account, only the Credit Dept could. She said that they had to first receive the package to make sure it wasn’t opened. She said to give it 7 – 10 days. This is laughable. How can it be opened, if on her screen she can see that the product never reached me and is being rerouted back to them? NEVER ORDER FROM PURITY!!! BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!!

beware if you to cancel! asked them to cancel my auto shipments. had to listen to customer service threat of never being able to take advantage of super saver shipments again if i cancel. letting Catherine, customer service rep i was speaking to, know I understood just wasn’t enough. had to endure a litany of other reasons i should not cancel. again, said i understood, she placed me on hold a lengthy hold to get a cancellation number from her supervisor, really! finally got my number and asked if she could email to me as well and was told, now get this, they did not have the capability to email cancellation confirmations! oh sure they don’t. if nothing is in black and white they can easily continue the auto ship and from what i read from other reviewers that’s exactly what they do. calling my credit card company right now to make sure they do not give authorization to bill my card.

Ordered from a radio ad. Wanted to cancel continuing shipments. On hold, it is incessant sales pitch/​push that is extremely annoying. Customer svc person was okay but needed to ‘confirm with supervisor’ my cancellation. Came back to offer delayed shipment. I said no. They just keep rattling on. I said no to everything. He kept talking. I said just tell me is the cancellation confirmed, yes or no. He would not respond, but kept at it about some price discount or something. I again asked for a yes/​no as to is it cancelled. He kept blabbering. Hung up. Hope to heck it’s cancelled as even if the product is okay, I do not ever want to deal with this company again. they do not answer or listen, just keep pushing, pushing pushing. If I could give a minus 10, I would !

This company steals your money!
I found 3 fraudulent charges on my credit card statement. Found out someone had created an account on my behalf and they’ve been sending products in MY NAME to a completely different address than mine. After over 7 hours of being on hold since I found the charge, being bounced around and not getting call-​backs as promised (CHARLES ext. 6814), ultimately I was told today that since they could not locate the recorded call of the order, they couldn’t help me at all in getting my money returned (that was a SUPERVISOR NAMED ANDY!).
I can’t even take the product, nor was product EVER sent to me and clearly the «shipments» are going to another address! WORST COMPANY I HAVE NEVER WORKED WITH!
Will be getting an attorney to force them to give me back my money they stole from me.
I demand you make this right.

Cancellation # 19 185 596, I had to cancel the fraudulent account that I never created.

I ordered the free trial that was advertised over the radio. I asked the woman who was helping me over the phone if I would have to call and cancel any sort of subscription that I may be signed up for through this offer because if I had to I wouldn’t be interested in this trial bottle. She assured me it would only be 1 bottle and no future shipments or payments. About a month later I received a box from purity products with 3 bottles and 150 $ charge for these shipments. I immediately called purity products and explained my frustration with this. They told me they had to «review» my phone conversation that initially had. Since I had said «yes» to the «super saver» package I was responsibly to pay for this shipment even though the salesperson confirmed to me I wouldn’t be shipped any future bottles or be charged more than the shipping. This company must do this to everyone. They figure if they can make 150 $ off of people trying a sample bottle. Scammers and unethical business!

So frustrated with this company. I heard their advertising on the radio. I got my product, and then they shipped me the new box. I didn’t want it. I returned to sender with their approval code and they will not refund my money because it was past the «60 day policy» which no one told me about. So I am still being charged for a product I don’t have in my possession. That’s robbery. They say the policy is online. I didn’t go online. I talked to everyone over the phone and she didnt tell me I had to mail it back within a certain amount of time. So now to get the product back that I paid for, I have to pay $ 10 for shipping. I don’t want it to begin with. I want my money back for and unopened box that I mailed back to them. Does anyone know how I can lawfully get a refund of my $ 80?

The products itself-​Krill oil and Berry melts didn’t seem to have much affect for me.
HOWEVER, canceling with customer service was easy. Yes, they did try to resurrect any kind of business they could by offering me better prices, later shipments, added gifts. etc. They did sound tempting but I just said that I wanted to cancel. The gentleman listened and canceled my order. Make sure you get an order number to protect yourself in case.

Their big push on the radio now is the Organic Juice Cleanse, so rather than rush to order my «free» bottle (whatever that means in reality) I compared their ingredients to whats in the gnc ulttra mega green men’s sport dietary supplements. Other than Gum Acacia, Flax Seed and inulin, the GNC has everything else and much more, and it takes even less time to swallow a days packet than it does to add the OJC and shake.
They’re also pushing a bundled VItamin D and Fish Oil combo, which is good if you live in the middle of nowhere and don’t have a GNC or CVS nearby.
I do like their Hyaluronic Acid, the Ultimate HA has so much more HA in it than anything I can find elsewhere, like the GNC product that has HA in it has 5 mg but the PP U H.A. has 100 mg per serving.
In the past some of the other free products have been we’ll sign you up for 12 months and give you the first month free. Which I understand but they don’t tell you that in the radio ads.
So, i’ve had good experience with them in the past, but glad I researched and raised reasonable doubt (they said on the radio its not available online but that looks like a ploy. Looks like others recent experience has not been good.

Shady company!!! Careful these guys are sneaky & suckered me for $ 140 automatically after 15 days of ordering, & paying for, the trial. I don’t care what their fine print says they did it WITHOUT my authorization/​consent!!! I’m fighting tooth & nail to get my money back & of course these jerks aren’t making it easy. I find it unbelievable BBB gave them an A+ rating. NEVER again… lesson learned! Hope karma catches up with this company fast… BEWARE!

I have T R Y E D to Cancel this ‘service’ about 3 times now.
Believing they were charging my credit card, I find tney have been forcing monthly payment to them.
Nearly completely depleting an account I keep for annual taxes. u
I have talked to their operators a number of times, always telling me tbe account would not be extracted from my CU account any more.
I have come to distrust so Many from the actions of this company. When I found depleted account because of Another withdrawal from this account, I was informed by their csManager that he had no way of stopping the shipment. BBOOGGUUSS — if it was their $ I am certain they would find a way to stopp it n have it returned. I still dont believe it was already shipped as I had been told. this was on tne 2^nd of tbe month UPS sent me email telling me to expect pckg on the 8^th between noon and 4:30. I am NOT paying for this shipment n have already sent email to UPS refusing shipment.
I DONT HAVE WORDS TO EXPRESS HOW I FEEL ABOUT THIS «COMPANY» without insults, cussing n name calling

Love Purity Products, I don’t know if you notice but Unilocal goes out of their way to make sure negative reviews are front and center. they also hide good reviews at the bottom in unrated section.

Matt, you would not find the order with my info, I put the order in my husband’s name. I am satisfied to the extent that the reoccurring charges did not ever start. The phone call was sufficient to stop the auto shipments and thwart the unwanted and unlawful subscription service and charges.
And to Cindy D. (3÷13÷14) My experience is just that. Mine. I didn’t have an issue with cancellation. I had an issue with being told one thing (I was not enrolling in an auto ship subscription) and having the opposite occur (I WAS enrolled without my consent into an auto ship subscription. This is why Unilocal exists. So everyone can share THEIR own personal experiences. I’m glad you are happy with their services. I, like many others, am not.

I started using Purity Product’s Omegaberry with Vitamin D about two weeks ago by getting a $ 4.95 bottle to try (free plus shipping). I’ve tried fish oil capsules before but didn’t like the «fish burps» so I stopped. I love Omegaberry — it does not taste or smell like fish at all. I am getting results too. I tried it for its cardiovascular benefits, but I find that I have less anxiety and have a sense of mental clarity. Omegaberry even seems to be helping with my tendinitis.
As for the Super Saver. Yes you do have to read the fine print when you do the free bottle offers. They’ll sign you up for a 3 bottle shipment every three months which often adds up to about $ 100 depending on the product when you include shipping. That’s a bit much if that’s not what you expect or want. But if you want to change your order, you can call in and do so through the automated system which is actually easy to use or speak to one of their customer service reps.
I found a cheaper price for Omegaberry online and the representative beat it AND gave me free shipping. I didn’t have to argue with him either — he was very pleasant and professional. He did try to up sell me on something else but it wasn’t in an aggressive way and he backed off when I said I wasn’t interested. So overall I am very impressed — with the product and with the customer service.
