I recently went into the Bellmore location. I had a cut and color by Evelyn and she is by far the best hairdresser I have ever been to. My cut was beautifully done and she did exactly what I asked her to do (that in itself is hard to find anywhere). My color came out amazing. I definitely will not let anyone else touch my hair, especially for the color but Evelyn. Amazing service!

It’s really hard to find someone that you trust with doing your hair. I have very curly hair that is fine and every time I try to do it myself I end up ruining my hair. About a year ago, I was looking for a place I could go that’s reliable relaxing and reasonably priced with amazing results and I really found that in salon nouveau plainview. My go to girls will always be Kelly and Sarah. They’re not just my hairstylists they’re also my friends and every time I go to get my hair done it’s a relaxing experience and I leave feeling amazing and beautiful. They are so unbelievably talented and they make my hair exactly how I envision it. They work so hard and they really care about every single one of their clients individually. I will never go anywhere else or to anyone else for my hair needs. They are AMAZING!!! Manhattan quality right on Long Island. Love them

Went into the Bellmore location and wasn’t too impressed, the salon is very small, not that fancy. I had a 10am appointment just for a blow out. I had my hair washed for 10 minutes because the girl who was supposed to blow my hair kept saying «take your time». I easily caught on that they had double booked appointments. I waited about 15 more minutes before my hair was blown out and was not blown by the girl I made an appointment with. Receptionist was nice, kept offering me drinks. For a wash and blowout I was there for an hour and fifteen minutes. End result was nice but not sure if I’ll be going back.

Followed Nicole there from her previous salon because she listens to me and understands what im saying even when i just show her a picture. the staff there are nice, always asking if you would like something to drink and the chairs where they wash your hair are great because they recline. and its very convenient because it is only a few minutes from my house.

I went in and Nicole did my hair. She was very attentive and a sweetheart. My hair couldnt be highlighted due to damage from a previous salon. Nicole did a dark color and a glaze. It is very close to my natural color. I have short hair and asked for a shapeup. The only problem is its a bit too short. I also felt a bit pressured to purchase products. The cost was supposed to be 50% off with Nicole. I’m confused as to how it was still $ 95 for color. That means the price would have been $ 190.00? That seems absurd. I ended up walking out of there spending $ 165.69 between a base color, cut and products. Then I had to tip of course. I really feel taken advantage of. I don’t think Nicole has control of pricing and she was really nice, but I won’t be back due to extreme pricing.

This place is great! Upon arrival to leaving, this salon makes you feel very comfortable. I have been going to Rebecca for 3 years now and she never disappoints me! She honestly works wonders on hair. I recently just went in to lighten my ombré, and Christina did amazing on the color. It was exactly what I wanted. I always get so many compliments on my hair. Both of them go over my expectations and I recommend them for color/styling if you’re in the area!
