best dermatologist in queens! she has solve my acne problem! they do reminder calls and text. I have no issue with her staffs, they do take walkin and approximately tell you how long you have to wait.

I went to see this MD today but nasty clerk at the counter told me that my insurance plan requires a referral to be seen. I did not hear anything until I actually made it in to the office. I left from my work place to see this MD but I wasn’t able to see MD at all. The clerk was very rude and has attitude. She completely ruined my day.

Doctor Li is not only a good dermatologist she is a very nice woman. Having had five bouts with skin cancer I need a dermatologist I can feel confident with and who gives me thorough check up. My experience with Doctor Li has been positive. I visit her in Flushing and can not complain about wait times or issues with the office staff. Doctor Li’s educational background and her accessibility make me feel safe.

I tried her because of all unbelievable high reviews and when it’s that many everywhere, it now makes me question how many are legit. This review is specifically of the Flushing office. Front desk staff are the rudest I’ve ever experienced. One younger one makes you feel like you’re begging to see a celebrity and barely makes eye contact when speaking. Please, this isn’t Dr. Brandt or something. There’s no cell phone signal, you have to walk around the hall to use the public bathroom, and waiting room chairs are old and uncomfortable. I just wanted a consultation and it was pulling teeth to get in.

Dr. Li is fantastic: she is knowledgable, cares to share facts and answer questions, and is friendly. Best dermatologist I have ever been to. I originally went for adult acne which has since gotten better. I have been back once for more check ups and treatment. Both above average experiences when it comes to doctors visits.
