Went for a visit an hour before they closed. They were so efficient, had me fill out forms and immediately took me in. Nurse took vitals and Dr. Came in right after, quick diagnosis, and quick discharge. Highly recommend!

Doctor was nice and attentive. The assistants couldn’t have been more rude and not welcoming. I saw two girls and one guy assistant. The girls were extremely rude. The guy was ok. When you are sick you definitely don’t want to deal with that. That completely turned me off.
The wait time was about 15 mins, which isn’t so bad and is Better than the regular physician.
I wasn’t able to catch the doctors name that I had but he was fairly professional, however he did address my issues. This place is ok to come to if there’s absolutely no way to go your regular physician. Hopefully they will step it up with all of the other walk in clinics popping up in the area.

Once again Stat health was clean, fast and effective! Friendly staff and waited less then 5 minutes. Even received a check up call a few days later! I love this place!

These folks are great. The staff is pleasant, the doctors know what they’re doing and prescribe you the correct medications for your illness, and they make use of a patient portal so you can check your claims and whatnot online!
Comfy chairs, 2 flatscreen TVs to keep you entertained, and an office that smells like disinfectant aka smells like a hospital. Everyone here was so nice and helpful. They also email your prescriptions to your pharmacy so they’re ready once you leave the office.

My sister stepped on a piece of glass. She tried to stop the bleeding but was unable to, so she drove herself over to Stat Health in Plainview Long Island. She walked in at 4:40 and they told her that they take their last patient at 4:30. She told them her foot was bleeding and could they please help. Their answer was no. I guess their Saturday night plans were more important than helping someone. Unconscionable and they should find another profession. If I didn’t have to give them a rating they’d get zero stars.

The staff is very attentive and doctors have been patient and thorough. Couldn’t ask for more here except for maybe slightly shorter wait times but the quality of care you get makes it worth it. They have a printout of what was discussed and the exact diagnosis so there are no doubts. Like I said — very thorough.

I hope you never have to experience the efficiency and professionalism of Stat Health but if you are unfortunate enough to come down with something that needs treatment by a doctor then Stat Health is where to go. They were helpful in explain the forms to fill out and the reasons why they need the information. The doctor was approachable and patient. If I ever need immediate health care again I will go back.

This was the 2^nd time I have been to this office. Both times I was put in a room and waited at least 30 minutes to be seen by a dr. The 2^nd time I was there it was for an injury. Dr. Beverly didn’t even bother to clean it. After waiting 30 minutes I just saw her for 2 minutes. She Just gave me a tetanus shot a pill and prescription. It seems to me that there is only one doctor on duty. Was not happy at all with this experience. I will not be going there again. I will be going back to Urgent care in Syosset.

My family came in from out of town and stayed in Plainview. Our son got very ill and we decided to use urgent care instead of the emergency room. The doctors and staff couldn’t have been nicer and more caring. The facility is immaculate and our son is doing so much better as a result of their professionalism and guidance. I would highly recommend these doctors and this facility.

Went in yesterday for a routine problem– I have a doctor, but I didn’t want to be «squeezed in» and wait for an hour or so to be seen. Went to this location– tip– print out paperwork from their site before visiting if you are a first timer. I went in with my filled in forms, insurance cards and ID on the ready, and I was NEXT!
Office is spacious, clean, and modern. Everyone was very pleasant. They performed a test to verify what my problem was — and yes it was a bacterial infection as I thought. Doctor was nice, checked me over to see that it wasn’t a BIGGER problem than what was thought, asked me the appropriate questions regarding any problems I had with medication, etc., wrote me a prescription, and I was on my way.
I definitely would recommend them, and I plan to use them if the need should arise.
No appointment needed, and they are open seven days a week.
Just an update (two days after visit) — They called today to see if I’m getting better. Never had my private physician to that.
