Specialties
As audiologists, we place the utmost importance on offering hearing aid solutions designed to improve your ability to hear. We treat people in and around Plainview, New York. Our recommendations are based on your set of unique needs based on a hearing test, your level of hearing loss, and your personal budget. Hearing aids should be custom-fit and will require follow-up for cleanings and upgrades. We also specialize in tinnitus treatment, dizziness diagnoses, solutions for vertigo and loss of balance, and pediatric hearing care.
History
Established in 1983.
On July 5, 1983, The Hearing Center of Plainview was born! Twenty-eight years later, our practice has evolved from a tiny number of patients to a major community practice. Every aspect of our practice was planned with care. We have always used the most modern, technologically advanced audiological equipment, such as state-of-the-art computerized diagnostic audiometers and tympanometers; NoahLink Bluetooth and 2G wireless hearing aid programming equipment; Otoacoustic Emissions testing; Brainstem Evoked Response (ABR) equipment; Video Otoscopes; and a Real Ear computer hearing aid diagnostic system. In each office, we have an impressive display of assistive listening devices. At The Hearing Center of Plainview, we are very proud to be recognized for professional audiological treatment, outstanding individual and family counseling for hearing loss, and concerned, follow-up care.
