Specialties
A cozy local Irish Pub serving fantastic food with live music on the weekends
History
Established in 1995.
The Chieftain Pub is owned and managed by Tom & Mary Cahill from Dungarvan, Co. Waterford, Ireland. In addition to the Cahill’s, their daughters, Olivia, Ann-Marie & Lynn are part of a dedicated staff most of which have been involved with the Chieftain from the start.
The Chieftain offers an eclectic menu featuring American and Irish dishes specializing in seafood. And of course there is «Mary’s Irish Bread»! You will be served an award winning Pint of Guinness and if the stout is not what your looking for there are 16 other draughts along with a selection of 22 bottle beers.
On the weekend you can expect to see local bands such as MLC, Jon Bowser and The Berkshire Valley Boys as well as bands from Ireland– Tom Courtney & Alan Loughnane, Colm O’Brien and Celtic Clan.
