Ed was very knowledgeable of insurance claims and worked with the insurance company to make sure we received the appropriate amount of money to make the repairs. He was always available when I called and if he didn’t answer he would call me right back.
I was very skeptical about working with contractors as I had never done so on a project this big. I quickly felt that Ed had our best interest in mind.
Everything went smoothly. He had the workers scheduled very quickly and they showed up when expected. If there were any issues, as there most certainly will be with any big job, he made sure they were addressed and rectified very quickly.
I am very pleased with the work and dedication they showed us.

I talked to Ed on the phone about flooding in my basement and he was extremely helpful. The company gave me a pump to use to get rid of most of the water. And then proceeded to restore parts of my finished basement that were able to be saved!
I’m so thankful to this company for being professional as well as friendly. I highly recommend there help to anyone within their service area.

The particular technician we dealt with was chauvinistic, evasive, and rude.
On the phone, I told him we had mildew and mold in our basement, and he told me that most of his calls were «a waste of time because people like yourself call up thinking they have mold when they don’t.» He was in my basement for less than a minute before he expertly told me what I already knew– that I do, in fact, have a mold and mildew problem.
Despite the fact that I spoke with him twice on the phone, he dismissed me in person and only addressed my husband.
I asked him three times how much powerwashing my basement would cost, and each time he repeated that it was «a waste of money» and only «band-​aiding the problem» without giving me a quote. A quote was the whole reason I was paying him 100.00 to stand in my basement! Finally, he gave me a price only after I got angry, and then he then got uppity with me for making him answer my question!
The best part is that he promised my husband a written estimate for services in three days. This is the estimate we paid for. After three and a half weeks, I called him and we finally got the estimate via email. My husband replied and asked him why it took three weeks and a phone call from me to get the estimate, and (surprise!) he hasn’t answered us.
