I had a totally different experience ! I was looking for a gift for a friend and the owner took the time to explain the choices available to me. He didn’t criticize me for my ignorance, but printed out information for me, so I could make a better choice. He encouraged my questions, and gave me answers, in terms I could understand. This is going to be the best Christmas gift, ever!

Guy is a complete jerk. Drove an hour to buy an eyepiece only to experience the rudest customer service in my life. Don’t waste your time just buy your stuff online.
