Vizard’s Guns & Ammo

Buyer beware. I second the previous report by Jim. Same thing happened to me. Several of my desired items shown as in stock. Order placed. Contacted by email and advised they were out of stock. Checked online, items still available (now with a price increase). Shady, shady place. Order somewhere else. Definitely the sketchiest gun order experience ever.

Ordered firearm-Vizard’s indicated 2 in stock and ready to ship. Completed and paid for order and contacted my FFL and he forwarded his info. when receipt was received. Then received e-​mail from Vizard“s indicating item out of stock and order cancelled. Gun still listed for sale and in stock. Very unprofessional-​willing to pay more for competent seller.

I would give these guys zero stars because their site and inventory is all screwed up. I have been waiting for a gun to be in stock with email notification. When I received the email, I ordered it within a day. Minutes after ordering, they said my ordered was cancelled and that it is out of stock. Ok, that can happen, maybe sold out too fast. No problem right?
Then again, I received the email saying it is in stock (1 in stock). Within 5 minutes of receiving the email, I made the order. As soon as I made the order, I refresh the product page and it is now out of stock. So that most likely means I got the last one right? Nope, again they cancelled my order and say it is out of stock. WTF?
Not sure what these guys are trying to pull, but they are not going to get my business anymore. Now I just have to make sure I get my refunds, since both charges on my credit card were made immediately. We shall see if they will give me hassle on getting my money back. I will report back with the result… Until then, don’t waste your time with these guys…

I have had nothing but great service here. The owner is wonderful, helpful, and fair. I travel from Fremont passing a few other shops to get here because of the fairness and customer service. A great place to shop.

I ordered two boxes of ammo from Vizard’s. Several days later, one box of ammo arrives. I wait a few days, assuming that the boxes would arrive by different shipments. After no second box, I email the shop to ask the status. I promptly receive an email that the second box is out of stock and to expect a refund. I then request substitution of another box — same brand and caliber but different bullet weight, same exact price — but now no one responds to my emails. I received the refund several days later but still got charged for the full original shipping amount, even though I only received part of the order.
I will not order from these guys again. Horrible communication and I got ripped off on a shipping overcharge, only to be ignored when I complain.

Shipped the next business day, item as advertised, best price on the web. This was one of the smoothest gun purchases I have had on-​line and my experience was exceptional. I would, and probably will, buy from them again and again. Thanks for the great experience!
