Great new BMW shop in the Metroplex. Awesome experience and very reasonable pricing. Austin is very up front with issues and also talks about anything else he noticed while working on the car that may not be an issue now, but something to watch.

Honest, competitive cost, and takes care of car like it’s his own. Brought in because service light was on and parking indicator had been pushed out. Told him it needed front brakes, oil change, and service.
Both brakes still had several thousand miles, the service indicator was for state inspection that was not correct not needed for 6 months). He popped the parking indicator into the bracket (which is inside the bumper), gave the car a ‘multipoint’ inspection and told me it’s in great shape, didn’t need brakes quite yet, nor oil change, but could wait a 3 – 4 months. It didn’t need anything. When was the last time you heard your BMW mechanic say that.
He did not charge me anything. I gave him some anyway for fixing the parking indicator (the warning that goes off when your too close to something) although it was easy for him to fix it was quite annoying when it was broken and would have taken me time to get inside the bumper and fix it.
I’m a regular customer.

Accel and Austin are my new BMW resource! The work and advice on my BMW 330ci was top notch. Great communication and resolution for the repair of my brakes and oil leak. BMWs can be fickle vehicles but Austin is the Beamer whisperer. I would recommend Accel to any one and will be a return customer.

I would recommend this place to anyone with a BMW! I have had terrible experience with the BMW dealer on Lemmon Ave. I have a 2006 M6 and The dealer has repeatedly messed my car up when I took it in for servicing. Accel was the one to fix it and they provide free diagnostic. Austin Endsley is the owner and is very knowledgable about BMWs and provides clear and concise information about your vehicle.

Extremely responsive, professional and honest. I was referred by a friend and emailed them on a Saturday, fully expecting to not hear anything until Monday. Austin was quick to respond to my concerns and asked appropriate questions to determine my needs. He was right on with his diagnosis. Once the car was in the shop he found a few additional things (which I kind of expected). He called me immediately and explained what he found. He gave me options and recommendations to save me money. Never pushy just honest.
I truly felt like I could trust him and I’m so glad I took my friends advice to use this shop and will be back for all the service and repairs I need in the future.
