Great service! Friendly and fast! had sent a request on Sunday and received a callback Monday morning. I needed my patio door’s deadbolt lock reset and another deadbolt added to a door into my garage. He arrived early and checked my front door, assessed my back door and garage door. In less than an hour, he installed a strong deadbolt lock for the door to my garage, repaired the strike catch for my other door’s deadbolt, rekeyed all of the locks for one key. He was in and out quickly. I’d certainly use ACR Lock & Key again and am recommending his service all of my friends and colleagues.

I have used a few different locksmith services in the area and A.C.R Lock and Key by far exceeds the rest. This is my second time using A.C.R. Jake is awesome! Dispatch said he would be there in 30, even though there was no rush, and he was there in 20! Quick, Efficient, and super friendly at a great price. I would not recommend any other locksmith in the area. The guys are the best in the area!

What a life saver! The owner was fast, friendly, understanding and knowledgeable and saved us from a major freak out! My husband’s key fob was locked in our car and we couldn’t open the door. The worst part was he was on his way to the airport for a business trip and couldn’t be late. The owner heard our panic, arrived within 15 mins and saved the day! The price was reasonable too. They have a customer for life! Thank you!

This was my first time using a locksmith to install new door locks. It was a great experience! Receptionist was very friendly and was able to quote prices on the phone with me. The owner/​installer was quick and showed up earlier than expected. He did a great job and was very polite. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a fast and fair price on lock installation! Very happy customer!

I don’t usually write reviews but flet compelled to do so. Horrible service — Don’t understand the positive reviews. These people are not interested in doing business.
The receptionist or owner? Tracy does not seem to to care how long she makes customers wait on the phone– waited 15 minutes, phone was hung up several timeS. Cancel appts. The person who came out seems to not have knowledge or desire in changing locks. Use someone else and spare yourself of the hassle.

Quick affordable service, they replaced 4 locks in a foreclosure home that we purchased. Keys were produced on site in his van and service was high quality and extremely punctual. Would definetely use this service again, hopefully I won’t need to lol.

I had accidentally locked my self out of my house, and I was told when I called that someone would be over in 15 – 20 minutes. And that’s about as long as I waited. I was given a quote of $ 75 flat rate, and when my door was unlocked there were no hidden, hit me over the head additional charges. I had previously used a different company and my experience at that time was a complete opposite to this one. I appreciate the timeliness of service and the honesty of this company.

Super quick! We had friends over and they locked a door we don’t ever have locked and so we were outside in the yard with our 3 dogs snd found ourselves locked out barefoot and in pajamas! Jake came within 20 minutes, just like they said he would and he was able to let us in right away (: Hopefully this doesn’t happen again, but we know who to call if it does! We highly recommend their services.

My wife locked her keys in her Kia this morning. Most places around here were closed for another 30 minutes. I called them and they were very friendly and quoted me $ 55. I was super happy with their price and they arrived in 15 minutes. Locksmith was very polite and happy to be doing his job. Did not rush as trying not to damage vehicle. He was in in 5 minutes. I def have a new locksmith. Thanks, guys.

Fast response on weekend… job well done. repaired house dead bolt lock hardware. Works like new. Also adjusted door jam plate as well as making it more secure… very knowledgable in his profession… Very reasonable cost for service call plus repairs… Definitely will keep this business for any future needs. A.C.R. arrived on-​time, opened the door quickly and charged exactly what they quoted over the phone.
A.C.R saved the day after a call to another service resulted in a pretty poor experience.
Will use A.C.R. next time I have a need for a locksmith.

I reached ACR through GEICO when I locked myself out at the mall. They were surprisingly fast. The last time I was locked out it took at least an hour and a half. ACR showed up in about half an hour, the guy found me easily, and I had my keys in less than five minutes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys. The owner is a small business owner, polite and efficient.
