I had really high hopes for Brian at Advanced. At first he seemed really responsive and set an appointment for Monday morning. I was out of town but sent him pictures of the window in question and all was good. Tuesday I sent him a text seeing how things went. I get a text back from Brian that he wasn’t able to make it out on Monday but should be able to get there Tuesday. Cool. No problem. Tuesday comes and goes and I get their auto text reminder for an appointment for Wednesday. Ok, so I guess that means he didn’t get to it Tuesday either. So I text him on Thursday asking for an update. I wasn’t trying to be a pest, just looking for an update. Radio silence. No response. I send another text Friday morning. NO response. I call and leave him a message. Still NO response. (I’ve included a screenshot of the texts so you can see)
I get it. You’re busy. All the rain has wrecked havoc on windows and houses BUT if you tell somebody you will help them and you set multiple appointments and miss them with no response or justification, that’s just completely unacceptable.
I could not recommend Advanced to anybody due to their complete lack of response and disregard.

We had a great experience. They weren’t quick to tell us that we needed a new window installed, he took the time to figure out what the issue was and showed us what needed to be fixed. All in all very nice and extremely helpful. Will be calling them again and sending referrals their way!

Paige who answers the phone is alwayssss a smart alec. Rude tone and then will act all nice nice. Didn’t think the window quality was worth the cost but oh well, too late.
