All-Safe Pest & Termite

I’ve been with this company for more than 10 years. I am paying more than $ 150 every two months and has complained to the manager three times because of dishonest technicians who claimed to have done the jobs but left without actually doing it. Today, the technician stayed in my property for three minutes and billed me $ 151.55 for the service. If I wasn’t home to witness it all, I could be out that much money for nothing. I talked to the same manager who was kind enough to send a different technician to do the work. I advise everyone to make sure you’re home when having your property serviced so you know that what they write in the service report was actually done. This company has a high rating I don’t know if most of these people rating them are aware of what’s happening when they’re not home. Btw, the technicians I complained about in the past are still with the company.

I cancelled service 6 months ago and they decided to come out 2 more times, bill me then come to my house on a Saturday to try & collect payment. I was home with my two young kids, husband was at work and a big guy came over, banged on my door and tried to turn my door knob. He spent 6 minutes on my porch banging on my door, trying to peek in, listen at my door and open my door. I called the police and showed them the video I had of his actions. I have cameras around my house. This was harassment and so unnecessary.

Signed up wit All-​Safe Pest after seeing them rated in our Best of Plano book. My husband and I were impressed with their professionalism and the time they took to explain everything they were doing and the type of chemicals they were (or weren’t using). They have a quick turnaround for getting to your home after requesting service. Great company!
Update 2÷29÷16 — I continue to be impressed with All-​Safe employees. Each person that has come to our home has been extremely professional and friendly. They leave detailed information after every visit so we know what has been done. I highly recommend their services.

All-​safe damaged my roof which caused water damage and would not admit nor pay for the repairs they caused. Avoid this company!

I have used All Safe in all my houses and our House we rented out! 9 years total! Just bought a Ranch we remodeled outside of Sunnyvale… tech came out before we moved in in March… met Sammy today for our 3 month Service… he cared so much about our needs explained all he did!!!
I am not moving again and will never move my Pest Control Service… Ever!!! They are the BEST!!!

This company is awesome! We have an account with them for general pest control with maintenance and they are always there when we need them. We had an issue with roof rats in the past and with one phone call we haven’t had any problems since and it’s been almost a year. I even had an issue with a snake that had gotten tangled up in bird netting in my backyard, one phone call and 15 minutes later they had a guy here to take care of the problem and they didn’t even charge me.
They are just all around good people we will be using them for the years to come. Highly recommended!!!

update– all safe called me to address my complaint after they heard from a prospective client that i was not happy. the same line was used that they did not notify clients of price increases. the person i spoke to gave no indication that they would change this policy (or lack therof) and even mentioned that i was not the only one complaining. they said that they have 15,000 clients and it was impossible to notify all of them of a price increase. well let me make it easy for them… now there are only 14,999 that they have to notify.
