Specialties

All Texas Process Servers is the premier process server company serving ALL of TEXAS, with offices in Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso and Lubbock. We have servers assigned and ready to serve your papers in all 254 Texas Counties.

History

Established in 1990.

We began business in 1990 as Couriers on Demand specializing in delivery services for the Legal Community; by 1991 we added 2 Process Servers and have never looked back. Today we have over 200 Process Servers standing by, ready tom serve your court documents.

Our prices start at $ 45.00 to serve selected Registered Agents and $ 75.00 for most other location. The exception to this pricing is a select few rural areas such as far West Texas in and around Pecos, Marfa, and Presidio to name a few.

We discount the second and additional papers serving to the same person at the same address at the same time to $ 50.00. Example of this pricing would be a Citation with attached Petition and a Notice to Appear will cost $ 75.00 to serve the Citation with attached Petition plus $ 50.00 for the Notice to Appear for a total to serve both papers of $ 125.00.

Meet the Business Owner

Juanita B.

Business Owner

Our President Juanita founded our company in 1990 while she was working after working for an attorney in Dallas who passed away. Having the experience of working closely with legal delivery services and process servers in the past owning her own Courier and Process Server business was a natural fit. She quickly found herself overwhelmed with clients that appreciated the high level of customer service she provides and demands from all of her employees and contractors today.

Born in San Gabriel, California she’s not a native Texan but moved here as fast as she could. By the age of 2 she moved to Texas and hasn’t moved since. She’s an honorary Texan and married to a Native Texan. We truly are Texans serving Texans.

Juanita and her husband adopted a one year old daughter in 2012 who’s 10 years old. She has personal experience in dealing with the Family Courts from this adoption.
