Always come to this place and get my wheels/​tires mounted and this time they did a horrible job had someone wanting buy my wheels and took it here to get the rims removed and tech that worked on my wheels took about 2 hours couldn’t remove my rims/​tires from my Lexus IsF causing damage to my oem wheels and bent my rim and scratch and put bunch of nick’s all over my rim car only has 5k miles oem wheels! Original tires too and when I got home was inspecting with the buyer and found out 1 wheel got bent on the process of removing my rim and the other 3 rims scratched all my sides never in my life coming here again!

The worst customer service in the history of customer service!
They broke one of my tpm sensors and refused to pay for the damages, refused to repair their faulty work. They told me to take my car to a bmw dealer. Or, buy my parts on ebay.
Do not give them your business. Autobay is a total ripoff!

Laith and the guys at Auto Bay are awesome. They happened to have the OEM wheel I needed after I hit a curb and got me back on the road very quickly. They’re honest and reasonable. I’ll be back for other automotive needs!
