I’m not really an ice cream snob because all brands taste the same to me, but I’ve loved BR ever since I was kid, so I think it’s a sentimental thing. I always get the mint chocolate chip flavor but this time I tried the love potion 31 and it was phenomenal. Vanilla with ribbons of raspberry and chocolate with raspberry filled chocolate hearts… omg. I even had a dream about eating it last night. I plan on going back to buy a bucket of love potion.

Ice cream is good. But I’m disappointed with the manager, Vicky, whose lack of customer service ruined our experience. My husband was asking the young man behind the counter about warming up the brownie. Vicky interrupts and rudely states that he should put it underneath the ice cream because if it’s too hot and burns his tongue then we will try to sue them. Right in front us. We stood there insulted and dumbfounded after she interrupted and accused us of possibly suing them while he just wanted a warm brownie. My husband said to her that it’s not very polite to talk about a customer like that. To which she replied,” yeah ok“ Who does that? How does a managerial level employee forget the service part of the service industry they are in. We’ll go elsewhere next time. Thanks.

This Baskin Robbins is small but sufficient. Service was good when I went & the ice cream is the same as other BRs. Clean & restrooms are decent. Went in for the holiday flavored ice cream– current special is Nutty Cream Cheese Brownie– with walnuts & brownie bites. Would give 4⁄5 stars, but out of personal preference on ice cream taste & texture, I gave 3 stars.(I like hard ice cream & theirs are always too soft… and too sweet) Next to a Pizza Hut & Boston Market, so good for stopping by after lunch or dinner.
