I saw myself in a bikini this summer and felt I needed to improve on a specific body part. Jon helped me work on it and within couple weeks there was enough difference that I started to get complements on it from people that didn’t even know I was trying to focus on that part! I’ve been working out with Jon for a little over a month and I can’t believe how much weight I have lost and how much my body has toned up. He pushes you when you feel like giving up and knows how to modify each exercise to target the areas you need to focus on. I would highly recommend him! 5 Stars!
