I only gave it 2 stars so someone might see this and avoid this place. Because that’s what you should do: Avoid this place. Tonight I ordered a chicken sandwich with no mayo. Hear that? NO. MAYO. The service is so consistently apathetic I said it twice. Into the speaker! So I pull up to the window and wait a few minutes. Finally, a young guy comes the window and opens it and asks me, «Can I help you?» Can I help you? Yes, I’m here to purchase farmland… what the hell are most people sitting at your drive thru window there for? Clearly he had no idea that I had ordered anything. He apologized, then got the sack of food already sitting there. By the window. Two feet away. In plain sight. At this particular location, the customer is always WRONG. So naturally, when I said«no mayo,» they thought, «nahh, he’s gonna want that mayo on there. Let’s hit that sammich on both sides with a healthy squirt.» Mayo on both sides. Sheer obesity carnage. Braham’s is one of the last fast food joints still in denial that America is fat. The food is never prepared how you ask and whatever congealed slop they hand you seems to already know just how shitty it is so it runs away from itself in your hands. I will never eat Brahams again. Not even as a last resort. I will now choose hunger over the diaper sludge masquerading as food here.

Nearest to my house so convenient even if food and service is so inconsistent. Today’s chocolate and strawberry shakes were completely liquid and bacon cheeseburger buns disintegrated when picked up. About 1in 3 visits is the food and service good quality but unfortunately the good people never stay long and it quickly returns to sub par. It’s cheap so we keep going back…

Stopped by Braum’s for my Mix Fix! You can’t beat a Heathbar Mix with Swirled Vanilla-Chocolate Frozen Yogurt on a hot day. Yummm. This Braum’s employee was a little stingy with the Heathbar pieces and didn’t mix it that much to get the pieces all the way«mixed» into the yogurt. More like a partial mix than a true mix. It tasted good though. Glad she can’t mess that up. I’ll try a different location next time.

One of my favorite if not favorite place to get Ice Cream. Braums is pretty good, although some of the staff can be a bit off at times but either way great ice cream.

I love braums and the guys here are pretty nice. The place looks clean and is a family place of business.

Full disclosure: I only stop at Braum’s to buy milk and bananas(and occasionally ice cream). This Braum’s is my favorite in the Plano area — customer service is fantastic and it’s always a quick-in-and-out shopping experience.

I am a big Braums fan. With all the frozen yogurt and healthier place popping up, it is nice to be able to get good rich all american ice cream every once in a while. I love their shakes and malts.

One of the best in the area! The drive thru is quick and so is the wait in line. I’m not a fan of the food but I don’t like burger joints in the first place. So I will not fault them for that! Love the ice cream. I just wish they carried pistachio all the time!

I like Braum’s. Good ice cream, good burgers. I’ve had the jalapeño burger on several occasions and it does not disappoint. I usually opt for the junior ice cream cone($.79, baby!). They have probably 20 ice cream flavors, or so. I’ve only ordered food here twice, but have had the ice cream about 10 times, and it is always good and fairly inexpensive. Good stuff.

So we were driving around thinking about getting some dessert, specifically ice cream.. .Of course our first instinct was to go to Braums and luckily, there was one close to where we were at. We go in and we’re overwhelmed because there’s so many great flavors to choose from — and they added a couple for the holiday! I tried the Peppermint and it was really good! I was going to try the egg nog, but I was too chicken too: P hehe… then I tried the Homemade Strawberry and because I love strawberry so much. I loved the Homemade Strawberry! Definitely got myself a double dip! What made the trip extra special was when we were walking out, we saw a really cute old couple walking in together holding hands with a huge smile on their face! I love seeing that they still hold hands and cherish that so much, but what made it even more cute was that they were coming in for a delicious scoop of ice cream — makes you feel like a kid again~ :)
