Dr. Herzog received his Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude in 1974, from the University of Utah and completed his medical degree at the University of Utah College of Medicine. Dr. Herzog is a member of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology, the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American Fertility Society and the American Academy of Cosmetic Gynecologists.
