Established in 2010.

Care Assist Solutions, LLC. was founded in 2010 by mother and daughter team, Judith LyBrand and Meredith LyBrand-​Drake. LyBrand and Drake are both nurses, and decided to open this business after personally being tasked with having to find this type of service for their ailing mother and grandmother. They both realized what a huge need there was for these types of services.

Often times, even when people are in the health care industry, they don’t know who to turn to first when they need help with their aging loved ones. More times than not, the need for care seems to arrive overnight as well. This can be a daunting task, especially when you factor in one’s own responsibilities at home and the lack of interest in receiving care the ailing loved one often possesses.

Business Owner

Meredith LyBrand-​Drake, along with her mother, Judith LyBrand founded Care Assist Solutions, LLC. in 2010. Both LyBrand and LyBrand-​Drake are nurses, and combined have over 45 years experience in nursing, nursing administration, and public relations.

Meredith and Judith are both involved heavily in each client’s care, and are dedicated to only providing the best in-​home caregivers.
