Attorney Joshua L. Carpenter has devoted years and much dedication to the establishment of Carpenter & Associates. Serving Plano, Dallas, Collin County and surrounding communities, the law firm has built a strong reputation in multiple practice areas. Private individuals, business owners and real estate buyers and sellers benefit from the depth of knowledge and experience that make up the essence of Carpenter & Associates. With a background in military service and law enforcement, Mr. Carpenter founded this law firm a decade ago with the goal of helping people through difficult and challenging legal matters. A successful law practice requires good listening skills, clear explanations and skillful legal maneuvers. Carpenter & Associates devotes a great deal of effort and energy to keeping clients both well-​informed and well-​represented.

Lawyer Josh Carpenter founded Carpenter Law, P.C., in 2004. In June 2014, the firm became Carpenter & Associates. Our firm has resolved thousands of cases while receiving two-​thirds of our business from client referrals, demonstrating our ability to resolve cases quickly and inexpensively while meeting clients’ goals.

Mr. Carpenter has published works for the family law section of the Thacher’s Bar Review, is a skilled litigator and negotiator, and serves as a guardian ad litem, mediator and arbitrator for Albuquerque family law courts. Additionally, he is a former law enforcement official, and has seen firsthand the effects of domestic violence and the effects of child custody disputes. Our firm is committed to skillfully and quickly resolving your family law issue or dispute.
