We can create a menu for you, or prepare the menu you created. We are a full service catering company, and provide professional wait-​staff and bartenders. Established in 2013.

We are a new family-​owned catering business in the Dallas/​Fort Worth area. Chef VonShan has worked all over the country at the finest of establishments. Some of them include Emeril’s in New Orleans, Wolfgang Puck’s catering company in Los Angeles, Armani’s at the Grand Hyatt in Tampa, and Maggiano’s in Tampa.
