Chili’s(especially this location) used to be one of my favorite places to go eat, but not anymore after what I experienced recently. In my opinion, over the years, Chili’s has gone down hill and their quality of food has suffered(taking off so many good items I used to love) tremendously. I usually order soup/salad express menu(unlimited soup/salad and chips/salsa), but last time I was there, I guess I found out that chips and salsa don’t come with them anymore as the waiter didn’t bring it and I didn’t even want to ask anymore. I don’t think I will ever go back to eating at Chili’s anymore. I’m so disappointed.

The only reason it gets a star is because the waiter Ashely heated up my coffee and I’m grateful that I was able to enjoy a good cup of coffee but I ordered my food at 3:14 and did not receive it till 3:39 I had stuffed my face with chips so much when my food came out I was no longer hungry the manger Nicki stopped by and asked how everything was and I gave her an honest answer and she got offended and answered back with a snarky remark once I told her I was not trying to get anything for free I was just being honest because she asked me. she changed her attitude and said well if there is anything else I can do plz let me know because she did sooooo much, Oh well my fault for not driving to McKinney to see The Best Waiter Kc !!! If I could give someone 5 stars it would be the manager Oscar not because he took care of the tab but because he took time to visit my table and apologize and take blame which is something that not even the other manager Nicki took credit for which is all it took to make me happy I did not need my tab taken care of but i did appreciate it some times It just helps for some one to apologize and say it wouldn’t happen again

I visit with the hubby once a week. We always ask for Rachel she is the only server we will get she is awsome. Consistently in food isn’t the best I’ll order the same thing on direct visits and sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s dry. I guess it depends on how busy they are. We always leave happy if there is ever a problem they fix it right away and throw in something for your truble. Love the rewards point iv already used them to get free food. The two dinners for $ 20 is a great deal and makes eating out cheap.

First let me start by saying I Do Like Chili’s restaurant. Honestly the food is consistently good. BUTSTAYAWAYFROMTHISLOCATION! Go north to the Preston Park Village in Plano. There the management is phenomenal ! NOWTHISLOCATIONHAS A BIGPROBLEM. The Manager Melissa Williams is INCREDIBLYRUDE! I guess she wants to quite or doesn’t care if she is fired. Regardless, not only was she not helpful she was insulting to me, my boyfriend and his Entire family. In front of 4 children. Completely unnecessary RUDENESS.

Been there many times, their service as good as usual. Food was okay, I’m not a big fan of American food.

Haven’t been in awhile, and I like the updates to the menu and the restaurant. Chicken crispers are my go-to and follow it up with a molten chocolate cake. Still my favorite lower-tiered restaurant dessert.

Dinner took 25mins to be served. My beef fajita nachos were burnt, the cheese so over cooked it was crispy and flat. The«rare» beef was charred black. Even the sour cream was a puddle and there was no pico. The manager came out and acted like that’s how the nachos are supposed to be, but gave me a fresh order. By the time my second go at nachos was served, my friend was done with her meal. I didn’t even get a percentage taken off, much less the standard no-charge when a restaurant messes up someone’s meal. Definitely below par service, especially considering the manager was involved.

Called in a a to-go order and it was 40 minutes LATEPASTTHEPICKUPTIME. Why are you even giving the option for a pick up time if you can’t even get that right.

I like this location, they have updated the restaurant, and the staff here is friendly. My family and I always go to this location. They offer lunch specials Monday-Friday, and they are always updating their menu. The bake potato soup is one of my favs, and their chili is really good. The fried pickles aren’t that great here though. They have a wide variety of options for everyone. Service is pretty quick here.

Chili’s has upgraded their menu lately and for a casual dining experience this location is great. I have always had great service here.

First time at this location. The host at the door was weird. He tried to seat us next to the restroom by a family with several kids; while the whole rest of the restaurant was empty. When I told him I wanted to sit in a booth across the way he gave me a «wtf» look. Then he just stood there till I said thank you. I think he was high. The food quality of chilis has gone downhill. I rarely come to chilis because there are just better places. My kid asked for it and next time I will strongly suggest anywhere else. Cheddars is much better.

Arrived 1 hr before closing. Servers Seth & Tie. Ordered 2 for $ 20 special. Appetizer: chips & guacamole with salsa Perfect started. Yummy Entre: 6 oz sirloin dinner Even medium-well was tender and flavorful. Skillet mashed potatoes. Awesome. Entre: margarita Chicken Biggest fear is always dried out chicken breast. That was NOT the case here. Chicken was tender and moist. Very flavorful. Rice & black beans, perfect compliment. Happy camper.

Recently visited this chili’s for the first time in a while. I was happy to see they’ve added a ton of new options to the menu, so there is tons of variety to choose from. They have to buddy system wait staff, so that’s nice, but I definitely could’ve had them stop by the table more frequently for things like drink orders. Overall, everything came out on point and I’d definitely recommend trying the Rita trio!

Great food always. Great staff always. Even when it’s crowed we never wait long. It’s a chain obviously but it is delicious and affordable. Steak and shrimp all day! Oh and try the texas fries cause they are awesome in your stomach. Yum yum. Oh and they will refill your drink until you pee yourself.

Their black bean burger is amazing! It’s hard to find places who put effort into making a decent veggie burger. It’s seems like Chili’s has. I’ve had it three times and it’s been fresh, hot, and flavorful. I usually get the Smokehouse burger without the bacon and a black bean burger patty instead of meat. Yummy. Sometimes unprofessional servers can make me uncomfortable though.

There is a new lunch menu priced at $ 6,$ 7& $ 8. Your choice of one of the starter items such as salad or soup and then an entrée. I chose the pork fajitas which can in a skillet along with some onion, and a slice of green peppers. There were some condiments, sour cream, shredded cheese and salsa. The pork was actually pulled pork which resulted in a lot of «strings» with a unfamiliar spice on the meat. I ate one tortilla and that was all I could eat. I also had the soup which was a thick chicken Mexican type which was just okey. It was filled with tortilla strips. My spouse ordered the fajita chicken which was also served in a small skillet. The chicken tasted as though it had been baked and then cut into small strips. Neither the pork nor the chicken had ever seen a grill. It had the same items in the skillet as the pulled pork did. Both came with three tortillas and condiments such as sour cream, shredded cheese and salsa. The chicken was bland except for once again an unusual spice on it. I ate a couple of strips of chicken and left the rest. Our waitress was great. She kept the water glasses and tea glasses full at all time. This l location has one of those self service machines where you can order, add to you meal and pay you bill. I frankly like personal service and this is about as impersonal as you can get in a restaurant. The next thing that will take place is having to go to the kitchen to get my meal. Of course the real purpose of this«machine» is to try to keep you entertained that is if you don’t have dining companion that can talk and of course extract some extra cash from you for the games offered on the machine. While we did use it to check out, not again. If I pay for service and then give a tip on top of that I do not want to have to do restaurant work for my meal. Bottom line — I would nto order from the lunch menu again as there are much better food items on the regular menu and guess what the prices are not that far apart. We have had soem really good meals at Chili’s, however today was not one of them.

We ventured out on errands early and thought Chili’s would be a good stop for an early lunch. It was not. It’s still the same worn out mash of fried, dipped and drizzled calorie rich fast food. The portions were fine, but I can’t get over how much of the menu was either fried, came with a dipping sauce or was covered in cheese, butter or something else. But hey, the kids liked it…
