After being in the beaty industry, I kept seeing the constant need for true customer service. There are thousands of excellent stylists out there, but so many of them get blinded by the income potential that the customer service and genuine care for a client’s well being and hair has been on an unfortunate decline. It is my goal and focus to restore that «personal touch», one of which every customer is important regardless of social status, race, creed or service being provided.
