Circle C Property Management has been in business since 1991 working throughout the DFW area, with us you receive our expertise and experience along with one on one service as well as peace of mind about your property. We are dedicated to our clients and go above and beyond to protect the future of their investments. Our personal service and quick response time will let you feel at ease in the buying, selling, leasing or management process.

We employ several agents for maximum coverage and our management employees provide optimum service by specializing in a particular aspect of the management process.

We have experience managing HOAs, small commerical buildings, condos and specialize in residential homes.

There are 4 agents with our company, including our broker, and they are able to help find you properties from our inventory and all over the DFW area.

History

Established in 1991.

Founder Beverly Christensen started as a real estate agent and moved into property management, growing 10 residential properties into 170+ properties with 8 Home Owner Associations managed currently. She accomplished this with the hard work of her family members and their overall dedication to the business. This has brought her daughter, son-​in-​law, granddaughter and grandson-​in-​law into the company. The addition of other agents and staff members as well as trusted vendors has given the business its ability to provide a personal touch in all transactions.

Circle C incorporated in 2009 and now works as BeverlyDCFamily Inc DBA Circle C Property Management.

Manager

Elizabeth is the Office Manager and in charge of Accounting and Collections for Circle C. She has worked full time at the company since 2004 and part time before that. She also runs the facebook page, twitter account and takes care of social media accounts.
