We are a small family owned boutique in Dallas & Plano. It’s hard to believe we have been around for 30 years now! Cotton Island offers a comprehensive collection of shoes, jeans, clothing and accessories with your fashion and budget in mind.

History

Established in 2002.

After the launch of our first store more than 30 years ago Cotton Island became a neighborhood fixture in the University Park area. As our popularity continued to grow, our modest boutique expanded from one to two! Now, with shops in Dallas and Plano, and an online store we are grateful for the many amazing customers who have been there since the beginning!

The original store across from SMU, which marks 32 years recently, opened in 1983 under the leadership of former owner Jeff Feinstein and his wife, Patty Feinstein. In November of 2012, Patty’s daughter, Lauren joined the team as co-​owner and works most days in the shop’s Plano location, 1900 Preston Road, Suite 258
