In 1951, Nick Covino opened his own Italian restaurant in Port Chester, New York. In 1990, his son Joe decided to carry on the same tradition of serving quality food in a family-friendly neighborhood restaurant. Today, Covino’s Pasta & Pizza lives up to the Covino family reputation with quality Italian dishes and genuine customer service. We don’t cut any corners at Covino’s — everything is made fresh in-house from quality ingredients. Try our popular New York Style Pizza or enjoy one of our specialties, like Braciole — a flank steak stuffed with prosciutto, provolone, and seasonings. Our chicken wings are the best in town and our pasta dishes can be mixed and matched to suit your appetite! History
Established in 1990.
Inspired by his father’s Italian restaurant opened in Port Chester, New York in 1951, Joe Covino opened his own in Plano, TX over 20 years ago. Since then, Covino’s Pasta & Pizza has carried on a proud tradition of serving great Italian food. We look forward to many more years of sharing delicious meals with our Plano families and friends!
