I bought a Groupon for an Invisalign credit at Dr. Clark’s office. I called and made an appointment and the receptionist said if I am not a candidate for what I purchased they would let me know during the initial visit. I went, was told the Groupon I printed and handed them was fine and my treatment was fully paid, then went on my way and waited for my trays to come in. I received a call from the office saying my Invisalign came in and I needed to schedule an appointment to pick it up. So that’s what I did. I then receive a call from the office a day before my appointment to tell me I owe $ 2,500! I didn’t even know what to say. The office said they thought I bought a different Groupon and the one I purchased was no good. I’m not sure how they messed that up considering they had a printed copy of my Groupon since day 1. I canceled my appointment to pick up my trays since I was not planning on paying an additional $ 2,500. The most annoying part of the whole experience was how rude the person on the phone was when telling me I owed $ 2,500!

Dr Clark told me that I would need only 9 months of invisalign. Instead, he treated me for 24 months (2 years!) And my teeth are worse than before. He refused to give me a full refund, instead giving me a half refund. That means that he admits guilt but wants to be paid. Come on, you didn’t do your job, give me a full refund. #dissatisfied #DrClarkSucks

Friendly, professional and affordable are only a few of the positive attributes of the entire office staff. The first time I came for my Invisalign consultation, I had my 4 year old son with me. Rebecca kept him entertained with snacks while Dr. Clark allowed him to wear a dental mask and ask questions about the whole process in Mommy’s mouth.
I have been impressed by how quick my wait time was each visit. I was in and out quickly. The office is clean and inviting.
Dr. Clark is extremely thorough and clearly knows what he’s doing. He approaches his work from a holistic perspective that cares for the way a patient’s oral health affects the entire body.
I drive quite a way to come to this office, but it’s well worth the hike.
