Mr. DeMarco has extensive experience representing both consumers and small businesses in a variety of bankruptcy matters. While Mr. DeMarco represents both debtors and creditors before the United States Bankruptcy Court (Eastern District of Texas and Northern District of Texas), a majority of his clients are individual consumer debtors.

Mr. DeMarco is also Board Certified in consumer bankruptcy law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Board Certification is a mark of excellence within the Texas legal community; while there are 70,000 licensed attorneys in the state, fewer than ten percent are Board Certified.

Mr. DeMarco has practiced bankruptcy law for over 25 years in both California and Texas. He has helped many individual consumers and small businesses restructure their financial affairs under, or in conjunction with, the United States Bankruptcy Code.
