We recently moved to the area and I’ll admit I was hesitant to try this place after reading some of the reviews. But, I really needed to find a dry cleaner nearby that was reasonably priced. I have now been going to this location on Preston Rd for about a month and am consistently pleased with the service. I can only think that perhaps since this is a chain that some of the reviews are for the other locations mistakenly? I bring in my husbands dress clothes from work. On Wednesdays and Saturdays shirts are only 89 cents. I’ll admit, I usually don’t make it there twice in the same day to drop off and pick up my items in the same day, but I have no reason to think they wouldn’t be ready. Whenever I go, there are usually 2 – 3 guys ready to help. The facility is very clean and our items have always looked well-pressed and clean. I brought in a pair of pants to be repaired. The small rip was $ 12 to fix, and that did take an additional 3 days for just that one pair of pants, but that was explained to me beforehand. The dry cleaning price is great and I have been satisfied so far. I’d definitely recommend giving this place a try.

The worst cleaners ever, as soon as you walk in, people just see you and go back to what they are doing, no greeting at all, not we are going to be with you soon, it looks like you are going to ask for a favor, HELLO you are going to pay them!!!, then actitude to help, plus the service fatal, collars dirtty, stains come back home the same, they don’t clean the cloths at all just iron them, Lack of costumer service and responsability! worst cleaners ever! PEPSDONTEVENTHINKTOGOTHEREIS A WASTEOFMONEYTHATITWILLENDJUSTDAMAGINGYOURSHIRTS!!! To the owner and employees costumer service gives the best, a smile don’t take anything from you

This the lowest grade I could give, so here it goes. After having two new sweaters come back damaged I received the response that it was«already damaged» I said okay maybe it was. Then I received shirts that were not mine only to go back and ask«do I need to inventory my shirts or possibly go somewhere else.» I was then cussed out and told to go somewhere else. It was a convenient location and inexpensive, but to be treated this way??? I’ll drive miles to a place where they appreciate my business. STAYAWAY from here is my only advice!

I’ve been using this place for a year because they’re conveniently located on my commute. However, I am consistently disappointed with the quality of my dress shirts. I’ve only had one broken button in a year(not bad), but the shirts just don’t look professionally cleaned when I get them back — strange creases, bent collars, and missing collar points are common. On the plus side, they are cheap, fast, take credit cards, and have a drive-through. Those factors have kept me coming back for a year. However, because of the low quality I’ve decided to search for a better, if less convenient, option.
